Bodyweight is around 218-220. Up about 10-12 pounds from the summer. Lifts are steadily increasing as well, squat has gone up the most out of all lifts. Over the summer 315 x 8 was tough, now I can hit 315 x 25-30 and 315 x 20 as a burnout. 475 x 2 is my highest squat. I have hit 505 x 7-8 on deads. I don’t like bench because it hurts my shoulder, but I have been close grip benching and I can get 275 x 5-8 depending on the day.

your traps look abit smaller than the rest of you though.
If you’re interested in getting your physique better, it looks like you need to give your arms, shoulders, and traps some more attention, IMHO.
Solid as hell and lean to boot. And great quads.

Thanks for the comments so far guys. I need to bring my arms up and my traps definitely. My arms have never grown like other parts.
