Update on AAS cycle

What are your medium/long term goals?

You mention looking for compounds to add, but you’re only looking to gain for another 3 weeks? Are you looking to add compounds for your bulk or cut?

Assuming since your currently doing a major you’re early 20’s, what does the science say about long term use of things like tren and mast? Assuming you’re looking to do this for life?

Yes last 3 weeks of the bulk and for the cut aswell. Tren is neurotoxic but the long term effects could mitigated

Im 22 that’s not kid territory lol. And it’s clear that OGs just lack knowledge and have the dunning Krueger effect because they gaslight themselves into thinking that there 20 years of experience out weighs actual studies. Thought this forum had knowledgeable people instead of a bunch of old dudes fearmongering and saying I don’t need gear because I’m 165 pounds when in reality at my bf percentage that’s impressive at my height

If you look at the commenters, most of the really knowledgeable folks are staying away, so no there is no purpose to the thread.

OP is the most significant “guinea pig” since I started posting on T-Nation. He clearly has genetic potential, but has yet to develop a phenomenal physique. He seems to have done significant research.

The last thing I would want to do is run OP off before seeing if he can excel in developing a top level physique.

I prefer it left open.

It seems clear to me that OP is on the far end of the Goldman’s Dilemma “spectrum.” Also, it is clear that Bostin Loyd did not learn anything. He just rolled the dice, and rolled craps sooner than he had gambled.

If you note, OP is not taking near the quantity of AAS that many I see post here have taken. He seems to understand the vast anabolic potential of adding insulin with HGH. This is what all the actually huge competitors are taking.

Did I miss where you answered his initial question regarding what additional compound to add?

You seem the be confusing the ask to close a combative thread, where literally no one has answered his question, to running the dude off.

I’m sure that the OP is resilient enough to survive the closing of a thread that is 95% a merry go rounds of insults.

I’m also sure that the reactions to his post were not what he was expecting at all.

Recently I dropped the test to 250 because I was getting a lot of e2 side effects but upped my insulin use to 20IUs a day split between two 10IU injections (morning and afternoon). Sine the half life of novolin R is 5-8 hours. I also decided to add 70mg of tren. So now the cycle is 250mg of test 70mg of tren and 20IUs of insulin. The tren goes well with insulin as it exasperates the effects of igf-1 and tren causes more amino acid reuptake.

Do you have a metric(s) to evaluate the benefit of a process improvement change?

Simple. Mirror, weight, pumps, gym performance and glucose level. On 425mg of test I noticed deminishing returns as I just looked super bloated and watery and my nipples we’re starting to get worse. Overall just making my physique look worse. Once I dropped it to 250-300 and upped insulin I noticed way less watery retention and the look is now a lot harder and im still making progress as far performance in the gym and weight gain. As for the insulin I noticed after meal 2-3 my glucose would go above 90 in between meals wich is already suboptimal so by upping it I’m now able to stay around 80 in between all 6 meals and around 70 fasted in the morning. As for the tren its day 1 so still can’t tell much.

I liked to have an upper body strength metric (along with scale weight, %body fat, and mirror). But I only used these for Bodybuilding contests.
