No, my gym bag was in some guy’s way so I was rushing in to move it. My hair is so long I didn’t see the bar he had set up in the rack that my bag was next to and cracked right into it.
He apologized, but I had to admit to him that it was completely due to my own retardation and lack of hair care.

I remember a guy at work getting distracted by one of the young girls in the office as he was walking through the warehouse. Walked straight into the racking and ended up with 3 stitches through is right eyebrow. Had to live with the scar and the mental scarring of being reminded of it at work almost daily. LOL

Biceps and brachialis sore today. I think I’m not keeping my arms straight while doing the farmer’s walks. Gotta watch out for that or a piece of my arm could come loose.

Stupid programming mistake: Heavy Squat, Heavy DL, Overloading Squat. I thought 2 days off and a leg press day would avoid axial-loading overwork, but it didn’t. I need to change out a squat day for a lighter variation; either tempo squat, front squat or unilateral movement.
Presses are going gangbusters, though.
Back spasms are almost done. Definitely an overuse marker.
Still think I’m going to keep it light on deadlifts tomorrow so I can go ham on Hatfield squats the session after.
