Today and tomorrow are off days and I’ll do what would have been today’s workout (Day 1, Microcycle 2) on Friday. Tris and shoulders are pretty creaky and right elbow is non-happy at the moment. The old left forearm tear is twinging as well.
Yesterday was definitely not a good idea, physically, but it made my wife happy that I went with her.

Bought a Titan Fitness Angled Multi-Grip bar a while back, but haven’t used it, because it’s 50 lbs and I don’t want to walk the mile to the gym with it. But I really want to do floor presses today using it.
Guess I’ll have to suck it up.
Would the gym not allow you to keep it on the premises in a spare room or something?
Oh yeah, and I’ll do that, but I have to carry it there first and I don’t want to.
