Don’t mind me, just scrolling through your log snapping pictures of your workouts from the past 20 days…I was born for shit like this, especially now that I gave up low volume mass building and took up triathlons.

I may or may not have wrote out his workouts to steal the HIIB 100 program…

It turns out that @kleinhound didn’t log every workout. All of the upper body sessions are there but I’m missing a couple lower push and lower pull sessions.

No training yesterday. Up at 4am to catch a flight to Sydney, by I’d worked, checked in and finished off work stuff it was 10pm and I was dead on my feet. Slept in this morning but will train tonight I reckon

Are you doing the upcoming Carb Cycling Challenge or have you already done one? I enjoyed the information and actually think I could implement it in a reasonable manner. I’ve enjoyed my MWF workouts recently and I’m thinking of training every other day instead of set days. That would easily allow for alternating high and low carb days. It also leaves me the opportunity to train on back to back days to get my eating to line up with social events.

Thanks again!

I’ll document on here too seeing how it goes

I really wish there was a diet tracker that allowed you to select different macros and calories for each day…for free…or at least a reasonable price.

My fitness pal is pretty cheap and it’s really simple to change your macros, like stupid simple.

Yeah, what big J is talking about is the carb cycling approach for HIIB where you have a specific low carb set up for three days and then a higher carb day on day 4, and totally calories change as well as macro split and it’s rolling. So not having to manually change it because we are alpha athletes with no time for that peasant no sense lol

Can’t wait to get home this weekend so I can get back to my normal gym routine.
Looking forward to training except for this little bastard upcoming workout I just noticed

This is what I use but the premium version is way too expensive for me. I’m going to try to alternate my calories and macros like @kleinhound mentioned.

I guess I’ll just have to change my “Goals” every morning.

If you can bite the bullet the premium really is worlds better.

Liking your sessions. Not sure how my joints would handle the volume - but love the general design.
