Db incline skull crushers
Straight arm db crunch
Plank db pull throughs
Three way knee tucks
Today was a full body circuit.
5 rounds of
10 db thruster
15 db swings
15 db row to sprawl
15 deficit pushups
30 seconds alternating V up
30 seconds mountain climbers
1 minute rest
45 minutes on stairs climber wearing the 10kg vest. Decent effort for low impact
W2d1 upper push
Same exercises and weight as week 1 but got more reps total across the board

W2d2 upper pull
Same weight but more reps every round.
Added on a 10 minute density set of pull ups. Clusters of 3 every 15-30 seconds. Did 28 rounds total so 84 reps. Happy with that. Grip and lungs felt great
Have some rare lat soreness now so that’s cool
Legs. Up reps across the board. A couple sets of 20 for Bulgarians in 30 seconds was Diabolical
