I have been doing them the last few weeks with the Axle and the visible bruising on my arms has pretty much stopped. I would imagine a bar is worse given the smaller surface area so the arms will take longer to adjust.

Went to my wife’s gym for a team workout.
In a team of six we had to accrue 12km on the assault runner and 900 DB thrusters.
Three on the alternating 1 minute efforts, and three on thrusters alternating ten reps at a time. Every 6 minutes the group that finished came off the runner had to do 2 rounds of 4 medball ground to shoulder, 4 medball front squat, 4 burpees.
We beat every other group and knocked it out in 50ish minutes. Heck of a workout

Watch and treadmill slightly out of sync but I’m recording my slower times, that way if they’re wrong I’ll be faster than expected
Elbow sleeves came, make a huge difference HOWEVER they are fucking slippery so I have to make sure I am locked in or the bar can shoot across suddenly which I guess just ads to the danger and makes full Zerchers even more badass
Can you cover then in chalk ? Does the gym allow you to make a mess ?

Bench 0 sets. Left pec near collarbone felt a bit strained after Zerchers which was a weird feeling. No pain, just almost a bit crampy. Warmed up for bench but just felt off so I canned it for today.
Will do a couple HIT/LISS/Rest sessions before I lift again I reckon
