I am very excited for the next phase of heavy triples/singles on squats. I am looking forward to really sending it for the first time in a long ass time

I enjoyed the forward sled drag and it really loaded my hips. Probably should have used this for the first two weeks this phase to save back after loading up on deads. Probably use it next three week phase
