That’s the volume of a bro split if I’ve ever seen one! That looks a lot like the back/shoulders/bis days from my old workouts. That might have something to do with my obsession with high volume pulling now.
I just track the added weight. I think most leg press machines here are 70 lbs. Looks like you did about 350 lbs by US standards.
BTW, thanks for reinforcing my thoughts about being weak in squats. Somehow my squat max is barely 3 plates right now. I hope my torn hip labrum is a factor because if not, I’ve failed myself.
I’m convinced all the aggressive conditioning I’ve done is helping me power through the volume. Each workout has only been about an hour. I have to push to get it done in that time frame, but thats all the conditioning I’ll get at the moment
