Awesome training today, felt fast and powerful, conditioning felt like it took hours but overall it was a good time and I was pumped after combo of carries and burpees

Crazy this is the first failed drug test from a top athlete, even crazier that from what I’ve read so far it was SARM’S he popped for. I don’t know enough about it to judge tbh.
