Carrying a little extra weight is fun, just looking a little fuller in general and it’s certainly not enough to impede my performance or anything like that.
Might hit some light pump fluff tonight seeing as I’m so full of carbs :relaxed:

Awesome training today, felt fast and powerful, conditioning felt like it took hours but overall it was a good time and I was pumped after combo of carries and burpees

Crazy this is the first failed drug test from a top athlete, even crazier that from what I’ve read so far it was SARM’S he popped for. I don’t know enough about it to judge tbh.

    Top single of 200kg which is a PR in sleeves. Made sure to stay tight, sit momentarily before driving up. Only had one spotter so called it there
    Back off set at 140 for about 10 reps
  2. Giant set x4
    Ssb good mornings w 60kg

  3. Standing calf raises 3x12
    Called it a day. Feeling strong

    12x2 with 115kg + whatever tension. Felt like 140 at the top maybe
  2. Sumo deads w bands
    12x2 with 125 + thick purple band. Definitely felt these.
  3. Superset 3x10-15
    Belt squats and standing hamstring curls

    Ghr and kneeling cable crunch
  5. Conditioning

Twas awesome fun bashing the big truck tyre but hell it tired me out quick. Nice forearm pump too

Pumped like crazy today, had a workout partner today so I really pushed the pace and tried to kill them. Very little rest
