I don’t know if things are different in Canada, but like many others said getting a lawyer may be beneficial. If you are concerned about an underage on your record, I would definitely do it. Every single person I know charged with an underage that got a lawyer had their charge reduced (Open container violation, etc) . Might not be worth it if money is the only concern.

haha I’ve run from the cops twice, so yes! And one time a guy who ran with me got tasered mid stride, ended up having coke in his pocket. That didn’t end well for him 
If you had to blow the breathalyzer at the station, you’re pretty much screwed.
If you didn’t, then definitely show up at the court date. The general rule in and around Toronto is that for the majority of fines, you show up to the court date… and the officer who gave it to you won’t show up 99% of the time.
Another thing you can do is once you get the actual court date, you can have the courts post pone it when you get closer to the date. This usually bumps it by a few months. Almost no officer will show up to something this minor when it happened like 1-2 years ago.
If they don’t show, then it basically gets thrown out since you’re challenging it and no one can argue against you.
It’s worked for me before.

I didn’t notice security was following me, I was actually walking to go to bed with some girl and then i got fucking arrested lol. At this time I don’t know if I should even go to the courts becuase they knew i was drinking.

absolutely go to court… even “im guilty but im rly rly sorry” will get you a reduced fine. I walked into court for a 240$ speeding ticket and said im not admitting anything and they took of 1\3… they dont care about punishing you they just want the money with the least amount of trouble…if your guilty then theres not much you can do other than reduce it. I would check the laws and see how well ur activity fits into what you are charged with… you werent causing trouble…you werent “drunk” etc
