The commercials are horrible…they just come off as silly, not “hard core”. And they are a pretty bad fad now…I remember seeing a guy in the mall recently in an Under Armor shirt and jean shorts, and he wasn’t built well at all. I would only wear any of that stuff if I had a true reason and preference to do so.
I also think Bush is going to underperform relative to the hype. I sense weakness with him…either his body will give out or off-the-field problems will prevent him from doing his best.
Those commercials were SO STUPID! I watched the draft all day on Saturday and that commercial was on about a 1000x’s. I guess that’s my punishment for wasting a day watching the draft. Can’t help it though, I love the draft. I thought the whole model theme they had going on was really bad. If I was one of those atheletes I would refuse to do it.

I like 'em too
But I think I like the girl better[/quote]
So do I…
outside of a select few college football teammates of mine, I have yet to EVER see somebody in person who can pull off the UA they are wearing.
I mean, if you are a male with boobs instead of pecs, for the love of all things holy, you’d look better with no shirt at all than a tight-fitting UA shirt.
I just don’t get the obliviousness of people sometimes…
UA Heat Gear is the male equivalent of spandex pants. Lots of people wear it, but only 10% of those that do should. Loose gear is another story. Anyone can wear it and it’s awesome for hot weather workouts, or any workouts where you know you’re going to sweat alot.
I must have missed something, because the ad I saw only had three dudes in it (Hawk, Davis, Bloom).

Add in my UA knee socks and I’m good to go.

If I don’t wear mine I get rashes from my Bauer 8090’s!
Does anyone else think that the new underarmor shirts that “feel like cotton” loosegear is less comfortable than thier compression gear? All the loosegear stuff is rediculously light though.
Apparently “click-clack” is also the sound cocking a gun makes in rap songs. Slim Thug has a song called “Click-Clack”:
I was taught only reach for the heat if you bustin? / So when lift this shirt that?s the end of discussion / Click-clack muthafuckas, I ain?t trying to hear nothing!
Some pretty overt thug marketing by Under Armour, not that I really care.

The girl in the pic above (you met her in D.C) is wearing under-under armour.
But you can’t see it in the pic…
