How much fat are you eating? It is needed for satiety from meals. If it’s too low, that may be the cause of your hunger.
I defiently get a good amount of fat in my meals. Its pretty much all healthy fat, i try to watch how much saturated fat i take in.

Yes, but saturated fat is the most filling. Gram for gram I find saturated fat sources much more filling than mono or unsaturated fats. Saturated fat can be healthy for you.
Maybe you should try a low-carb (or at least lower carb) bulk.
You mentioned that can you down a pound of chicken and 5 bowls of oatmeal in one sitting. When I was bulking I did that too-- I ate huge amounts protein but I also ate huge amounts of starches. But somehow, I would be at least slightly hungry an hour later. I think the starches were my problem.
I find that even though starches like bread, rice and oatmeal give me an immediate feeling of fullness, they actually just make me more hungry overall.
If you cut back on starches but you are used to eating a starch-based diet, it will suck for the first few days. But trust me, you get used to replacing the starches with fruits and veggies.
I’m not sure, but I think Berardi’s Massive Eating plan doesn’t include too many starches but still has the goal of weight gain:
Water and tuna works for me. Old timers know that Dave Draper has espoused this type of diet for decades, and if you’ve seen pics of him today, in his early 60s, you’d give it a try as well.
What I find in my case is that the “good” fats in tuna satisfy my fat urges (so I don’t crave peanut butter as often), I’m eating damn high quality protein, which is pretty much the point, I feel lean and light after eating, and I don’t get hungry again for at least two hours. Plus, packets of albacore are convenient, easy to eat at the job or on the go.
What were you looking for between the lines? Bowel regularity? Yes, tuna and water helps in that dept if you have issues (such as too many shakes or bars and not enough fiber). Currently two of my six small meals per day are tuna alone. I only drink water and coffee during the day anyways, no soda. And no beer at night, just red wine!
Alright well I went shopping last night and tuna was on sale so i guess i will give this a try. I usually eat a can of tuna a day for one of my meals but i will try to do it for half my meals today and see how that works.
