Ultimate "TRT+" protocol for endurance / performance while remaining health conscious?

What is your reason for wanting to add methylene blue to your cycle/TRT routine?

My thought process on the methylene blue (and SLU-PP-332 for that matter) comes down to mitochondrial health and function. I could be getting into the weeds a bit too much but with performance in endurance type settings being heavily reliant on the aerobic system and the mitochondria, I figured anything that could give a boost there would be of benefit.

Having just googled it, it seems like an interesting drug. Are you sure it should be used daily? I read many take it sporadically. Do you feel any effects from taking methylene blue?

I mean, it’s semantics but you’re not prioritizing your health by taking a bunch of different steroids, and by definition TRT is replacement therapy, but you’re not using it as replacement, so by definition isn’t TRT.

A lot of ppl today are taking a bunch of steroids and calling it ā€œTRTā€ because it’s trendy. Not only is that not cool to the ppl who are on real TRT, I think it sends the wrong message to everyone about what TRT is and what it’s for.

I love taking steroids and cycle often, but I don’t kid myself or others about the intent.

So have you tried the SLU-PP-332? And at what dosage? Im going to try it, but from what Ive read, at a 250-300mcg dose twice a day, as 8t seemz the halflife is around 6-10 hours. Sounds like an amazing compound with many health benefits.

I second that! :100:

Guys need grow a pair and say they are running gear and stop hiding behind the " TRT" banner.

For me its like… cool your running a cycle, more power to you!

Well stated. On the flip side I get accused of steroids semi frequently when I tell them I’m only on TRT 160mg wk). My last TT was 650 and FT about mid range too. Is it helpful in middle age… sure but it still takes gym time and effort.

Exactly! You got guys like yourself who are taking currently a actual therapeutic dosage range. ON the other hand you got guys pinning 500mg/week Test Cyp with a Total T that is easily over double the normal range. We wont even mention when you get guys wanting to mention Tren and TRT in the same breath. Not sure if its a lack of intelligence or a situation of intentional down playing it.

I have decided to keep things rather simple for now and I am not taking anything but prescribed TRT (doc has prescribed 200mg / week; I am taking 120mg / week) and prescribed tadalafil (5mg daily).

I certainly understand where you’re coming from and do not disagree one bit. My total T was 208ng/dl and both free T and e2 were low, hence being prescribed TRT through my doc. I am taking less than prescribed currently and after about 6 months, my total T is up to 790 (on 120mg / week) but free T was above reference range and e2 was only at 20 (I am prescribed an AI but have not taken yet). I am thinking of bumping up to 140mg - 150mg / week to get total T and e2 up just a tad higher before doing anything further.

I have not tried SLU-PP-332 yet. It’s an interesting compound for sure and something I am interested in trying in the future; I have more or less decided to keep things ultra simple for now.

I understand where you’re coming from, especially if people are being mislead and making decisions based on what others say. Personally, I could care less what people use and what they claim as it doesn’t have an impact on me.

I’m taking 120mg / week (40mg MWF) since Jan 1; total T is 790, free T though was above the range and E2 was 20 so not that high. Even though free T is high, I am thinking about going to 140mg - 150mg / week to get total T just a touch higher and in hopes of brining up E2 slightly as well as I am not taking an AI.

I thought TRT was Testosterone Replacement with Trenbolone…no?

Bahahaha

Honestly you won’t notice a difference but you can try it.
