Pretty good show, I wish they would show Willa Ford full body more, she sure as hell isn’t there for her hosting skills. I hate the part when the two guys up for elimination get to beg Randy to stay, really cheesy. Lot’s of Cauliflower ears for sure. BTW, anyone seen the extra’s on the “Smashing Maching” DVD with the Doc draining the cauliflower ears from fighters, gruesome.
Yea cant wait for the next show. I guess from here on out the eliminations are decided by the octagon and not the coaches. So we should see some banging.
After the snowstorm on Sunday night, I watched a re-run of the first episode. I agree that Leben is a dick. One of the rules of reality TV from Survivor to whatever the MTV shows are called (I’m drawing a blank), there has got to be at least one dick. Leben is it. There has also got to be a hero. I’d say Sanchez is him.
After reading the “fighters” bios, it appears that there are a few serious contenders and a bunch of wannabee fighters.
I definitely wanted to see more training. I was happy to seeing some training induced puking. To make up for the lack of serious training on the show, the offical website has video training tips.
As an aside I had a chance last spring to train with Peter Welch, the boxing coach. Very nice, but tough, kid. Both his ears are still intact.
I’ll continue to watch the show.

Holy shit, that’s who that is! I missed the first few minutes of the first episode so I really didn’t catch them introducing her or anything. When they showed her at the team pick at the end I knew I’d seen that girl before but couldnt put a name with the face. Huh…she’s fun to look at…
