Sounds like his sex offense was something minor considering the punishment, probably he touched someone. Which is scary enough, but glad to know he didn’t kidnap and torture someone.

He has a syndrome that affects the growth of his skull and I’d imagine other bones in his body.
He has a hard time breathing and walking. He was in a hospital and needed to grab the nurses attention but couldn’t get her to ehar him, so he reached to try to nudge her and grabbed her dress, she freaked out, and reported it. Even though it was a minor offense, he had to be reported to the sex offender office and that’s how his picture got it.
Really a sad story. He’s a fad all over ytmnd.com.

Wow. He would be the ideal correctional client. If anyone wasn’t behaving, I would make that guy their cellmate. I could not sleep if I knew a guy that looked like that lived in the same county.
