This is actually a rare birthmark which continues to grow in size. If this is the same person I’m thinking of, this was taken before a series of radical surgeries that shaped his face into a drastically less disfigured version, although he is still pretty gruesome. I have never seen his original condition before; mind boggling. Terrible, terrible misfortune.
