U.S. Hegemony on the Decline

If you like the word pay then alright. Pay is tied to production. At least it used to be. The more one produced the more money they would make but this essentially ended in the 70’s.

You know this isn’t what I’m talking about. But you want this to be true so badly.

Then why would you champion a “free market” system which leads to centralization?

When have I ever said that?

The corporations? No that is YOU.

No, we should just ignore people who were cheated out of their ancestors labor value because we didn’t establish the system, although it was established by OUR ancestors. And supporting reparations is the right thing to do.

No I protest against it. As IMO it is the right thing to do.

And vastly more expensive in which only a minority is able to afford it.

Can you not sue in Australia?

Thanks for posting this, in case anyone still thought your posts were any more worthy of serious consideration than @castoli711’s.

Then either start your own business or work on commission.

Whatever you do, it is far less than I.

Then please elaborate how a “competitive, free market will provide the most desirable form of healthcare available” for the medium class and below, per your platitude and still turn a profit.

I’m all ears.

The same way it provides(provided? With awesome, arbitrary regulations that increase costs without consumer-desired “benefit”) cars that are good for (often) hundreds of thousands of miles to those people.

I’m not even slightly surprised you don’t see the contradiction in your positions.

Have you seen new car prices lately?

I have.

However it is not feasible to provide such a high standardization of health care for the entire US population. Private health in the USA is so good because it is only available to select portions of the population

Which is why I say universal healthcare + private sectors for those who can afford it is probably the way to go.

As opposed to private only… and private healthcare should be expensive so you don’t have the situation Aus is in where private healthcare is better than going public… but not substantially so as over half of the population has private healthcare

More funding should be put into public healthcare here, ditto for the NHS (falling apart) and healthcare services in Canada.

Not unless you’ve lost an arm or something…

However since the numerous surgeries I’ve had, shoulders are very, VERY unstable

Were any of them surgeries for the hips?

I would like to know how you attribute this to capitalism?

It is also still much better than any system you have espoused like socialism or communism.

Don’t bother.

I have tried to explain this to him and it falls on deaf ears. America has the worst medical system EVARRRRR.

Even though I have been in the bowels of it from a legal side and my mother is also a physician. I have experienced socialized medicine in multiple countries firsthand and it was a shit show. We only got seen quickly because we had cash.

Like everything in life - those with money will always get the best everything. It does not matter how you frame the system or what you call it.

Welcome to reality.
