Two Week Cycle and Workout

Hey guys,

Just thought I’d put in an update on things post pct here.
It’s been about a month post pct almost, and I’ve dropped some strength on squats, and curls mainly, and only very slightly on forearms(BB behind back wrist curls), while maintaining strength levels elsewhere. Dips started to cause, or add to, some minor delt discomfort a week or so back, so I dropped them for the moment and am hitting chest with flat DB bench, and surprisingly incline DB bench is feeling very good too.

Size has decreased very slightly, mainly just lost some water weight initially and leaned out a little bit before stablilizing. Today I am starting my summer cut/diet, with a renewed vigor, and looking forward to a nice 10 weeks coming up here shortly. Awaiting Schwarz’s latest ToneBone workout template with glee, and plugging along with the last one I revised slighly for the pct period.

One other thing that I feel contributed to some of the strength loss, ie:box squats down to 265 from 285, is for two weeks I had to hit wkouts at 3x/week instead of my usual fare of 6x/week. And I was on a vacation of sorts too with no exercise going on for about 4 days there.

All in all, there is definitely mass retained though, don’t get me wrong. I’m still very satisfied with the gains on such a low end of supplements. So, just wanted to let you guys know that I did lose some strength and a little bit of size but in the process, leaned out considerably, and retained about at least 2/3 of the “new mass”, so all in all a very successful cycle and post pct retention of quality mass.
