I’m brand new here but youre asking for advice. Here goes. I know it’s hard sometimes to stay eating and drinking clean. Due to my meds, I am unable to drink so that’s a blessing. But you’ve been at this 6 months and I think you should slow your mind down and still have goal but set mini ones first. Sorry if coming off rude, but set baby goals cuz you don’t want let down cuz it might trigger a relapse. Ptsd sux, I just would hate for you to set yourself up and be disappointed because that’s a fragile diagnosis. But if you really want something, you can obtain it fo sure. The mind and body when listening to each other can do some amazing stuff. Just enjoy your gains and take one day at a time and hopefully all your dreams come true.
