How long is it between the semi-finals and the final?
The final is this Saturday (6/23/07)

They wrapped up filming in mid to late April. If you recall, Dana had to teleconference with Jens & BJ for the semifinals matchups because he was in London getting ready for UFC 70.

I am very pleased with the finals, both fighters deserve it.

Am I the only one that thinks Manny is shorter than 5’5"
Yes he is. Manny is more like 5’3" and probably no higher, but they boost his height up, if he was 5’5" he wouldn’t stand out so much in the WW division, plus his body structure looks to be in the 5’3" height range.

Out of all of the guys on TUF this year his fighting style is my favorite, no bullshit vein don’t hit my face attitude, no gassing after 20 seconds, or limited technical skill et cetera. He came out and fought each time and exposed Wiman as an excuse giver.

He needs to finish someone. I like his aggressiveness but I like early finishes better.

I agree, and agree that the lay and pray can grow tiring.

i’m glad Manny’s done well. he works hard, plus he’s figured out how to use his strnghts to his advantage. he’ll have to improve on his striking, but he’s definately a tough guy.

i think Diaz is kind of a dick, but he’s a damn good JJ fighter. i was surprised he beat Gray.

i was very disappointed with some of the fighters this season…whining about having to train and cut weight, doing stupid shit and getting kicked off. it seemed like they really didn’t realize how lucky they were to be there…

at any rate, the cream rose to the top, and it shows what hard work can do.

btw, anbody else read the SI article about MMA??
