In all seriousness, you’re miles ahead of anyone else your age, and most people of any age. I wouldn’t consider any massive changes to what you’re already doing. Tweak, improve, experiment by all means, but don’t throw away all your hard work by changing your entire approach overnight.

I was in the gym at least 6 days a week and I honestly wasn’t counting my calories. I was eating everything I could get my hands on. Even smashing a shit ton of mcdonalds on my heavy leg and back days.
Shred down for this summer. Sitting at 165 lbs.
stronger now then I was at my heaviest weight.
Bench- 5x5 ending with 255 lbs
Squat- 5x5 ending with 355 lbs
Awesome work. You have a ton of potential. Work ethic, pain tolerance, and the ability to eat when you’re not hungry will take you a long way.
I looked at the first page of this thread and was expecting to still see weak rear delts and back in the progress pics, but apparently someone already pointed it out. Huge progress on rear delts, traps from top to bottom, and lats.
