I really do hope that Trump does not try to “prove” that he is tougher than President Obama by starting a war with Iran…
The decision will be made by someone above him.
An interesting question would be why the GOP is the party that attracts the chickenhawks.

Whoever stands to profit from it. Iran doesn’t want war. I doubt many Americans want war.
Bolton will most definitely have a huge influence on the decision…
And I don’t say this facetiously…Putin will be better informed than even members or our own Armed Services Committee.

It seems so. The Saudis are throwing tantrums over supposed oil tanker sabotages and it seems that Trump and Bolton are hell bent on getting involved into a 1300+ year long war.
Nucor upstaged the rest of the US steel industry by building new greenfield plants in right to work states. Then they put everyone on performance based pay, from the janitors to the CEO.
Every work area has a board or LED sign tracking the metrics that affect their take-home pay in real time.
At their SC mill I was looking for their refractory foreman to get some questions answered. Ask a guy lining a ladel at breakneck speed:
“hey where’s your forman, you’re missing three pallets of brick”
“We don’t need a foreman, we know what to do. Those three pallets are right here in the ladel.”
“They hit the dock 3 hours ago. You’re shipping clerk hasn’t even received the shipment yet.”
“What’s your point? I can’t help it if he’s slow.”
Contrast this with US Steel or Arcelormittal workers. No contest.

Egad, why not pardon Conrad Black? A crook Trump had a past business association with. Looting the company was Black’s right I guess, and he went through all kinds of appeals, well, maybe he just didn’t like the penitentiary crowd.

A federal judge has ruled that Trump’s tax returns must be turned over. Turns out the legal defense of “but Libs are asking for them!!1!” was unpersuasive.

It is probably 35% Liberal - guests, new commentators, existing newscasters like Shepard Smith, print opinion, and of course willing to give Dems a townhall.
He was born in Kenya.
Psh that’s nothing. Msnbc is 37% GOP, with cnn trailing at 35.1%. and that .1% is from Meghan McCain. Obviously she’s nowhere near a real republican anymore
As a Democrat I will watch Fox when news stories break just to see how they will spin it and I’m usually not surprised. I do like to tune in to Shepard Smith every now and then.

Well a lot of it at least. Trump could never come up with this by himself: “What he uttered is just sophism of an imbecile bereft of elementary quality as a human being, let alone a politician,”
That’s pretty good if I do say so myself.
I like how articulate and respectful they are, even when insulting someone to their core. It’s just good style.
