Trump stated that Biden bragged about shutting down the investigation. That was a lie.
And all Christians are imperfect, by definition.

Trump doesn’t even try to pretend. He’s used the lords name in vain at his rallies among other profanities. He’ll I’m agnostic and Jesus would be far cooler with how I’ve lived than how Trump has. If he came back Trump would be pissed that he was getting attention. One negative word towards Trump from Jesus and the tweetstorm would begin about how soft and weak he is.
Hell even I know it’s not two corinthians. He can violate all Ten Commandments all the time and he’ll carry the evangelical vote easily. They don’t actually care if he believes that stuff.
He prefers martyrs that don’t get killed.
A bunch of ‘formerly Christians’ know the Bible well enough to judge the salvation/ moral standards of Christians, yet didn’t learn the verse of John 3:18.
You have been warned by the word of God, so repent and accept Jesus - before it is too late.
Weird, huh?
Like Donald J. Trump? I mean, he’s in his seventies, I’m glad he repented…
You probably don’t see the irony in your post. Or is it hypocrisy?
You also don’t see that the verse you refer to is irrelevant to what is being discussed. You are bringing up salvation, something only God can decide upon since only he can see into someone’s heart. We are talking about behavior and morality. We have not said Trump is going to Hell.
Or his son in law?
Is it ok to judge us but not ok for us to judge trump? Do you think he’s moral? A Christian?
I don’t even take the lords name in vain often and the public face of who evangelicals support does. I’d say I’m much closer to acting in accordance with the Bible’s teachings than Trump.
Show me either the hypocrisy or irony again from the Bible
Then answer for you, yourself as to to if you have rejected John 38.
I don’t judge you, the God of the Bible does, as noted in the verse.
The hypocrisy of you judging people who you claim are judging.
You also ignored the fact you were providing an answer looking for a question. We are talking about morals and behavior, not salvation.
As above, it isn’t my judgement. Read the verse.
You are able to judge him with whatever your morals come from. But don’t pretend you can walk away from Christianity, and then castigate others including Trump, as not following Christianity.
A Christian is called to pray for leaders, which the Bible says are placed in authority by God for his purpose. Christians are also told to remove the board in our own eye before removing the speck out of a fellow Christian’s eye. And lastly, it appointed once for man to die and then he will judged, by God.
Trump does not follow all of the moral guidance in the Bible, nor do l. He claims Christianity. I can’t see his ‘heart’, nor can you.
No…you aren’t judging.
And even you say Trump doesn’t follow Christian morality. Why can you say it but others cannot?
Ok no answer l see.
My first statement plainly said salvation/morals.
You and l both know l can cut and paste hundreds of verses laying out either from the Bible. If that is not acceptable to you as a source, then so be it.
You judged whether or not others were worthy enough to judge. You also brought up salvation which no one was talking about.
But the reason why southern evangelicals stand behind Trump is race. Southern evangelicals have a well documented history as degenerate racists. Just look up Bob Jones University as one example.
Of course and perhaps the most contradictory book of all time hence my lack of belief. However on some of the things most Christians claim are really important (or at least are said most often) Trump is often in direct contrast to them to the point where one has to wonder if he cares that he violates them. I think deep down most Christians know he isn’t striving to be like Christ, certainly isn’t repenting, and very likely doesn’t believe in the first place.
I don’t think it’s weird to point out that evangelicals support a serial adulterer, porn star paying, bully who speaks in profanities publicly consistently as their standard bearer. Someone who takes the lords name in vain, etc.
These are the people who say we’re a Christian nation founded on Christian ideals. And then when Trump seems to fly in the face of all of that it’s “only God can judge.”
Bullshit those people judge homosexuals, transsexuals, Muslims, illegal immigrants, all the time. They just don’t like hypocrisy pointed out at them. That’s when they retreat to the “well I don’t know if he’s immoral or goes against the Bible. No ones perfect!”
He’s just a simple god fearing and god loving man who doesn’t mind making fun of dead Army veterans (or live ones) and letting others know some of them are burning in hell.
“The claim” refers to a claim, from Trump’s defenders, that he was looking into an already debunked conspiracy theory, and that every attempt he has made (and he has made many) to ‘prove’ that Russia didn’t interfere in our election, has ended up with the confirmation - from his own side - that Russia did interfere in our election, and that it was Putin who propagated the Ukraine idea in the first place. It’s just fake, and it’s amazing how people are STILL, after all this time, using it as a foundation for their arguments.
In short, Mr. Giuliani’s mudslinging campaign against Mr. Biden is not only being encouraged by Mr. Trump; it is getting a substantial push from Mr. Putin’s close Ukrainian allies. Once again, the president and the Russian ruler have a common cause.
