Trump: The First Year

Is this why you have to avoid downtown for the next month?

I meant since we were both members of this site.

I also have 5 people @ing me everytime I log on

Usually if you say something so stupidly obnoxious as you usually do people tend to @ you.

Good point. NYC is clearly a great representation of how cultures intermingle. That’s why we’re seeing what is probably the most diverse city in the country embracing sharia law, genital mutilation, and other such atrocities from other cultures.

Oh wait, what? It’s illegal there too? Gotcha.

Quit thinking that NYC = America. In reality, America = America. Telling us we’re biased based on where we live then explaining you’re right because of where you live is back asswards.

Sharia Law hasn’t gotten a foothold in America because the numbers of muslims from countries where they practise genital mutilitation hasn’t become large.

In countries where those numbers have reached a significant portion of the country’s population such as Sweden, different story.

There are whole no go zones muslim ghettos where this stuff is practised.

Notice how I said in a generation or 2?

Oh look FGM is on the rise in America

Expect France to become an Islamic nation in about 50-75 years.

Lolz. Try reading your sources, champ.

There has not been an increase in the practice happening in the U.S. itself, he says.

Do you even read these things?

There has not been an increase in the practice happening in the U.S. itself, he says.

Also, they explicitly state they include those that had FGM happen elsewhere and later came to America. That sure sounds like higher risk of it happening here. Definitely good to include those numbers

Edit: AG beat me to it rofl

I actually thought the best part is that all of the numbers are people ā€œat risk ofā€ undergoing FGM (a nebulous term with no definition, basically just an excuse to say whatever you want vaguely so it can sound as scary as possible). There are basically no data in raj’s link that support an actual increase in FGM.

To the contrary. The link explicitly states there HASN’T been an increase. Then again, the criteria for being ā€œat riskā€ is probably being female and Muslim.

I also love this part. Great link Raj. 10/10

I posted the wrong link, get a grip.

The risk of dying in cars can’t be abated, Female genital mutilation can via immigration restrictions.

HTH

ā€œHey Guys, ignore this link I posted that shows the opposite of what I’m saying, here’s a new article I just googled that says I’m rightā€

God bless the internet

I’m at work numb nuts. I read this stuff a while back.

You’re the one playing catch up

Yes, the fact that you googled something until you found a source you agreed with A WHILE BACK totally invalidates you posting a link that directly contradicts you.

Good point. I’ll get the hang of this stuff eventually. Thank you for being patient while I catch up.

First, it’s kind of hilarious excuse (and not really all that believable) that you merely posted the wrong link.

Own it, man. You posted a quick link without reading what was in it, got owned, then tried to find another one that supported your point.

Want to know what’s doubly funny? This link still doesn’t support your point. As pfury explained from your first link…

Let’s read the passage that cites an ā€œalarming rise in the USā€ from your CNN article:

ā€œSince 1990, the estimated number of girls and women in the US who have undergone or are at risk of the practice has more than tripled.ā€

Again - they’re including the ā€œnumber at riskā€ (which is not defined anywhere, but based on the next sentence…)

"The increase is due to rapid growth in the number of immigrants from countries where risk of FGM is greatest. "

Ah, okay. So we still don’t actually have any evidence that FGM is actually on the rise in the US, only that more people from countries where it happens are immigrating here. What’s the evidence that those people are more likely to undergo the procedure in the US? Isn’t it rational thinking that some of them are leaving those nations in part to live in a freer society where they won’t be forced to do that?

Nope. They’re clearly joining America so they can bring their culture with them 100%. Just look at Raj. He’s been pushing for a caste system for quite a while. Ohwait…

Of all people telling me to ā€œown itā€ that’s funniest coming from a guy who scurrys away in practically every thread

I was thinking more King of Clubs Miami or Floyd Mayweathers new place in Vegas… Lets have some fun
