Trump: The First Year

Rabid SJWs…I mean…the entire House doesn’t agree with you. 397-0 vote.

“We must speak loudly and clearly that we will protect our citizens and their fundamental rights to free speech and to assembly,” said House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-Calif.).

We’ll see how alpha Trump stands up to dictators…

Does not detract from the fact that they left their own country then came here and started shit from behind the safety provided by our police force.

Following your idea of doing something means let dictators reign- then call America to come to the rescue.

Sorry. Cant respect that. Don’t show up to a fight and cry about getting your ass kicked.

Why didn’t the just run away AGAIN?

Interesting note from an article in “ESPN the Magazine”:

Erdogan and his thugs tried to muscle their way into being the primary speaker and presence at the funeral of Muhammad Ali. Erdogan felt that he was the only “true” leader of Islam"…and that should be his place.

Only after numerous pleas from Ali’s wife did he and his Thugs back down.

They started shit? From everything I’ve seen it looks like a lot of people were standing there with signs and got bumrushed by a security detail. Is the ability to peacefully protest not a cornerstone of the entire country?

Could this be translated to “Don’t protest AS AMERICANS if you’re not willing to flee when you’re assaulted by foreigners?”

edited to add the as americans part

Here’s some simple math. Two people get into a fight. How many people are fighting?

2 people.

Rebuttal question. If person A (American citizen) is holding a protest sign (not breaking the law) and person B (not American citizen) decides to attack person A (assault, breaking the law) while being on American soil, who is at fault?

Actually, here in the US, it depends on who won. If you get into a fight it doesn’t matter why. It matters who is on the ground when the cops arrive.

We all hope our wives would be ticked  haha

You might want to let the constitution know, you guys don’t see eye to eye on this.

Nah. I’d rather let a bunch of Turks know that they need to take care of their own shit instead of trying to get the US as hired guns to settle their fights.

They abandoned their own country then came her to exert political pressure to get the US to jump in on their side.

Conceivably, and highly likely- My son can end up in their fight. I’ll be damned if I ever tell him not to serve his country, but then I’ll be damned if I encourage him to jump in to one that other people started- especially when they aren’t willing to sacrifice themselves.

They’d rather sacrifice someone else’s than their own.

S’all good by me. I don’t mind that you don’t agree with the constitution (I disagree with it plenty), just wanted to make sure you were aware.

That, and until there is a trial, there is no definitive determination of wrong doing.

We’re looking at a couple of clips from youtube. Lets let all of the evidence from both sides be presented before we get all “Thats unconstitutional” on the situation.

I saw two episodes of melee in the second clip. That was after at least one other wherein the guy on the security details side got the bloody face. And if that woman from the protesters side wasn’t agitating and continuing the fight then I’ll eat a homeless mans underwear.

Then the suits rushed them and kicked the shit out of them.

There won’t be a trial as the security team consists of no American citizens, and as such will simply go home.

The “that’s unconstitutional” comment was in reference to you saying it depends on who won.

I agree. She shouldn’t have defended herself against an armed security detail member. That’s pretty unAmerican tbh. I prefer my Americans to run away from a fight that someone else starts.

She shouldn’t have been starting more shit with them. After that, it’s on her.

She led with her mouth. It got weyleyed. No surprise there.

Again, the constitution would be surprised. I remember reading something about free speech once or twice.

That said, if she was threatening this armed security detail member and he felt threatened and was unable to remove himself from the situation and contacted the authorities and they did nothing assaulting someone makes more sense. I’m not sure if that’s the case here, but you may have read something I didn’t.

Yea but by any average standard hes really fat. I would venture to say fattest president in Modern times… Reagan, Bush, Clinton, W, and Obama all made fitness a part of their life…Granted none as diesel as supreme leader Putin but fit… Its ok you can admit hes fat we still have free speech

A depressing read…

Clearly, Saudi leaders are playing Trump, exploiting the grandiose reception they gave him last month after he decided to make the kingdom the first stop on his maiden foreign trip as president. By the end of his two-day visit, Trump had become Saudi Arabia’s cheerleader and he aligned US foreign policy with the kingdom’s vision of the Middle East.

In a 21 May speech to nearly 50 Arab and Muslim leaders gathered in Riyadh, the Saudi capital, Trump framed the region’s problems as solely due to Iranian aggression and terrorism by Islamist extremist groups. “From Lebanon to Iraq to Yemen, Iran funds, arms, and trains terrorists, militias, and other extremist groups that spread destruction and chaos across the region,” Trump said, echoing the harsh comments of Saudi leaders. “For decades, Iran has fueled the fires of sectarian conflict and terror.”

The Saudis read Trump accurately from the time he took office – they understood that he craved flattery and respect. Arab leaders, especially the oil-rich monarchs, are used to flattery since they live with it every day. So the Saudis decided to give Trump an extravagant welcome, the kind of deference he would never get at home.

The streets of Riyadh were filled with billboards of Trump and Saudi King Salman. The Ritz-Carlton hotel, where the president and his entourage stayed, projected a portrait of Trump onto its exterior, stretching for five floors. Most of all, Saudi leaders convinced Trump that they value and respect him far more than his predecessor, Barack Obama.

SA knows better than anyone how to whore out the USA… We’ve been the best free body gaurd for decades…and always turn the other cheek when they shit on human rights

Actually. About those human rights. If we really cared about them we couldn’t do business with the whole middle East, China, Russia, most of Africa and South America… pretty much anywhere.
