This ban is fucking stupid. It was originally slated for 90 days so they could put together an “extreme vetting” process. Well, we’re 134 days in. They could have had this process in place a month ago, but Trump would rather beat his head against the wall with the judiciary.

All of the “Bluster and Bans” does little (if anything) to deal with “home grown” terrorism.

Also calling Arabs born in America committing terror “homegrown terrorists” is a misnomer. they’re only in America due to failed immigration policies, Islam and radical Islam didn’t organically become popular among whites

Beg another branch of government to allow a poorly constructed temporary ban that only restricts Muslims from coming over from a very short list of countries (and leaving off the more worrisome ones) and dithering on the robust vetting improvement plan he was supposed to be putting together while the temporary ban was in place (he can’t even be bothered adequately staffing the executive branch), while completely ignoring that fact that far more “dangerous” Muslims already live in the US?

Politicians aren’t usually dumb enough to outright proclaim their intentions, but by hearkening to a sense of nationalism and calling to remove any public safe spaces, she is issuing a call to arms.
It wasn’t a Rah-Rah Go Get 'Em, but its probably about as close as she could get in that gelded political climate. Its not like she can go all “Braveheart” on them.
Oh, and this:
No one expects you to understand the fundamental tenets of life in a free society at this point, and I’m not going to waste time trying to remedy that.
