How effective has it been on North Korea and China or on ending the Russian probe?

Concerning China and North Korea.
In many ways; China is being the “Adult in the Room”.
In so many ways, they are saying that Kim Jong-Un is a Psycho Kid with NUKES that you can only push so far. Push too far? Trap him into a corner?
And he won’t hesitate to start lobbing NUKES and sending troops into the South…his people be dammed…

The Norks and China love these tweets - imagine playing a long game of poker where a player lets you know what cards or bluffs as to what cards he has every ten minutes.
Translation: Trump got played by China. He’s having to get tough “again” because they rooked him the first time.
