I took your statement/question as:
People originally come from somewhere else, but at some point given enough time they become x ethnicity (Japanese, Hungarian, etc…). How long before that transformation happens?
Well, I have no clue how many generations have to pass before you’re considered ethnically Japanese by other Japanese people.
However, if simply migrating to a location and waiting enough time/interbreeding = becoming X ethnicity then future generations of former Mexican anchor babies, given enough time, will automatically become one of America’s many ethnic groups.
The entire concept of a “white” or “black” ethnicity, IMO, is retarded quite frankly.
I’ll give you an example. My cousin is half white half Korean. So her daughter is I guess quarter white, quarter Korean, and half Hispanic (no idea what the dad’s ancestry is). What is the child? Is she Hispanic? Is she Korean? Is she White? If she were to have a baby with an Irishman what would that kid be?
I have another cousin that’s half white half black. If he fathers a child with a white woman is that kid white? If that kid has a child with a white man/woman would that kid be white?
A friend of mine is “African-American”… He was born in Jamaica.
Another buddy of mine is half Puerto Rican half Columbian; yet, he’s never been to either place. He’s a New Yorker. What is he? He ain’t white, but that’s where the census would put him…
We are one of the few countries that classify ethnicity based on color and it’s retarded.
@treco My point is that there is no “Japanese of America” so to speak. The white majority is made up of people that come from all over Europe. British, Irish, German, French, Scandinavian, Italian and so on and so forth. I mean, if you’re a German there’s a 91.5% chance that you’re German… If you’re an American with German ancestry then you’re just white here…

Good point, and we might be the only country who uses hyphens when describing race. We need to lose the hyphen and just be American.

Black Lives Matter can’t be boy scouts because Black Lives Matter is a movement, comprised of anyone who simply says “Black Lives Matter.”

Black on black crime is at record levels especially in Chicago where we have a democrat Mayor and the strictest gun control in the US. Odd…if it’s illegal to possess guns how are people getting them? I am so puzzled over this. Don’t they know it’s illegal? My gosh thugs are breaking the law and killing people with guns. More liberal logic: Time to get tougher gun control laws in order to keep guns out of the hands of honest citizens…

Incorrect. Under the narrative that police officers are bias against black males…this has been repeatedly shown in studies.
I am not just talking about a group within a group acting like thugs. I am claiming the entire group was founded on a premise that is incorrect.
Edit: By the way we all noticed that the violent Trump rallies ended abruptly when the group possibly working for the Clinton campaign was caught hiring thugs to start fights at Trump rallies.

That is possible in some areas of the country I do not deny it. But overall cops just want to put in their 8 hour shift and go home safely to their families. The fact that black crime stats are so high might be a reason that cops are more quick to act in certain parts of the country.
There are two sides to every story that I’m sure we can both appreciate.
