You are assuming that is what he is doing. At this point I would not make such an assumption. If you look at the people he has destroyed in his wake we must all take a step back and maybe think that Trump is quite a bit brighter than we all thought. Either that or he’s an idiot savant.

I understand that. My point was that Japan’s culture and history are tied almost exclusively to the Japanese people that make up the vast majority of their population. America has no such history or culture.
Hungary is like 86% Hungarian.
Japan is like 95% Japanese.
China is about 92% Chinese.

America doesn’t have the same native population (aside from the various Indian tribes) that places like Japan do. We’ve never been culturally exclusive like a Japan is. One of the very reasons people made the journey to the colonies was quite literally to leave a place of cultural or religious exclusivity.
What’s probably the most hilarious about this entire conversation is that white supremacists literally imported diversity into the States through the slave trade.

A moratorium on immigration would be even better choice. No one thought the country was under populated when it was 200 million. No need for more people.

Since everyone’s ancestors came from ‘somewhere else’ before settling into their country, how long before they transform into Japanese, Hungarian, etc?
Low skilled immigration should be stopped for sure, and we need to revamp the high skilled H1B visa program. We need responsible immigration, not necessarily a complete shutdown.
