Trump: The First 100 Days

2 recent updates:

  1. Max beat me to it, above.

With her husband Vince; she did help build a small business into a multi-billion dollar enterprise. (The WWE).

(I won’t make the same mistake I did with Huckabee. I don’t know much about her beyond that; nor exactly what that means for the Small Business Administration…which is another wasteful, entangled bureaucracy).

  1. Mitt Romney is now back at the top of the List for Secretary of State.

I have a good feeling he is going to pick Mitt Romney. But I wouldn’t bet on it.

I doubt that this will be the first time that Trump jerked somebody’s chain as some sort of “revenge”?

Who knows.

We’ll see.

I honestly don’t think that he is the guy you think he is. Granted he’s a showman and if someone insults him he will give it back in spades…just ask Rosie. But, I think he is trying to be Presidential as in picking the best team possible. Also, he said he wants to let Hillary go. I think that shows him to be a man who is not seeking revenge, at least not in his new position.

Seriously–WHAT exactly does that thing do??? I’ve been over there on the web probably a dozen times and it’s absolutely worthless. What is it even SUPPOSED to do for us?

You guys are going to get tired of winning.

This would be monumental if it comes to fruition, praying this happens.

Piss tax money away.

Puzder as Dept of Labor…

This is looking worse with respect to Trumps immigration platform…

Puzder believes in sympathy for illegals

Between Kelly for DHS Sec, Jeff Sessions for AG, and Kobach advising and possibly making policies, I don’t see much sympathy coming for illegals. That would be like asking Kevorkian for health advice.

I look at who Trump is hiring more than any bullshit he might be claiming. Both of those guys are hard asses when it comes to their positions.

I dunno man, what the dept of labour secretary says has some serious sway with respect to illegals, I hope you’re right.

The concept of a Small Business Administration is a fine thing. But how it is run is quite another. I literally started my business years ago on a shoe string. When I went to the SBA they ran me in circles and asked me to fill out a 60 page loan application. What they do in theory is back a loan that is given by a Bank. At least that is the nearest that I could tell. Needless to say I never got beyond square one with them. I went on to succeed on my own the way thousands of small business people do. One more reason why I detested Obama saying “you didn’t build that…” Implying.the government helped me. The government held me back at every turn with high taxes and regulation…okay that’s another story.

If I were Trump I would close the border, deport all of the illegals in jail and those who have been on the public dollar in one form or another for a long period of time. I would then make the remaining hard working illegal Mexicans permanent citizens of the United States.

Trumps core supporters would have their pound of flesh and we would have millions of lifetime republican voters. This would be political Jiu-Jitsu as that is what Obama and company were hoping to do with all of the illegals…make them life time democrats.

It’s a grand slam home run!

Dow Chemical opening a plant in Michigan. Tired of winning?

Yeah, that shit is getting old.

Trump needs to turn the presidency back over to that other guy.

You mean the guy who perfected “Smug obliviousness”?

(I Can’t take credit for that term. Read it in the Wall Street Journal the other day. I thought the writer had Obama down cold with that phrase.)

Yeah! That guy!

Nooooo. Just kidding. Smug oblivion is a good description. It is really refreshing to hear that businesses want to have operations in the US again. Dems were thumping the war drums about Exxon and a couple of others making too much money back at the end of the Bush presidency, and were even putting forth bills to take those “excess profits” that some companies were capable of yielding. I think that, combined with Obama coming into office fully willing to do exactly that really put the squash on the whole business environment.

I still and will always maintain a wait and see attitude toward any presidency, but this one looks pretty good so far.
