Trump: The First 100 Days

This thread has gone completely off the rails.

I agree going to drop the rape discussion

Any point you are making?

I have been around this stuff for a long time. In addition to that I am a student of Presidential history. People running around claiming the system is broken for various reasons don’t really understand that the system has never been perfect. There were fist fights and duels fought over politics long ago.

My point is that this has always been a game. Sometimes even a violent game. You and I won’t change it. All we can do is pick a side, one that we think will benefit us and the country and go from there.

And keep in mind the stuff you see on TV and the Internet, Speaker Ryan giving a speech, Pelosi commenting on something. It is all said to evoke the right type of reaction from you and I. Do they mean what they say? Do I care? No. As long as they do what I want them to do. The fighting back and forth between them and even here on T Nation is nothing more than sport. Pick a side slam the other side and then repeat…daily…never ending.

One argument over Trump here on T Nation last year was that he was not a “real republican”. As if I care. As long as he lowers taxes as he says he will do. As long as he closes up the borders as he says he will do. As long as he appoints a conservative to the Supreme Court as he has done (and as I predicted he would do). I don’t care what sort of republican he is. Nor do I care how many women he groped or how many people he allegedly cheated at Trump University. Nor do I care that he was born into money. HOw does any of that matter? It matters only if you don’t realize that it’s a game. Quite frankly I find Trump to be a very annoying character. Fortunately I don’t have to hang out with him do I? But he is a character that may just do many things that help me and the country. But that’s just my take. Someone else would sweat up and down that Hillary was the best choice—ehh

Anyway…it’s a game that has always been there and will always be there and no one…absolutely no one is going to change it.

Just play along and have fun.

Almost nothing annoyed me more than hearing Trump talk about Arnold replacing him in the Apprentice TV show. You have a freaking country to run…SHEESH!!! Pick a fight with the Terminator when you are out of office.

Anyway…he is one strange dude. But if he does what he says he’ll do I can forgive him.

Yeah…I’d say the thread has travelled a bit off course.

I don’t feel any anger toward you. I enjoy mercilessly beating the shit out of you in argument – because you deserve it, but, more importantly, because moral earthworms like you are suddenly crawling all over the seats of American power, and it’s good practice to learn how to defeat the arguments of the shitheel alt-right.

But you’re right: the dam is absolutely breaking.

Hi smh,

Your distaste for my writing style is a wound I’ll have to learn to live with. Chicks are said to dig scars, though, so maybe one day I’ll look back on this injury with a twinge of bittersweet gratitude.
No worries, man, it was a fair trade: you need help getting laid, I’m currently without access to a punching bag (yeah, yeah, raj’s sewer IS awfully cramped… good one!). Interesting that I’m leaving such a lasting impression, though, since I’ll have forgotten all about you by the time I hit the reply button.
But more importantly: you have totally justified your courageous, principled stand in defense of this place’s resident miscegenation-skeptical white supremacist.
Ohh, is THAT how you spell ‘troll’? I honestly, seriously, thought I got it right in my first post.

Look: you’re being silly. I didn’t attach your name to my initial post specifically because I didn’t want to get into this childish back-and-forth. Maybe I should’ve kept my trap shut. Maybe you should’ve been as quick to take your own advice as you were to offer it and considered the ways in which your squabbling might come across as disruptive. Maybe you should’ve just told me to fuck off and said that you’ll post whatever you goddamn please… and I would’ve considered that a fair response, because last I checked, the only badge T-Nation has bothered to deputize us with comes as a little flag at the bottom of posts that lets one report objectionable material.

You could’ve even shown a little fucking bipartisanship and helped Trump cut unemployment by letting the mods do their job. Your cheap – sorry, free – policing of this forum is probably getting them a little antsy over their job security.

Frankly, you’re a good poster and this nonsense is beneath you. If you just want to entertain people, fine, but just because I’m not an extraordinarily sharp mind doesn’t mean that I’m gonna automatically buy the idea that the pile of shit you’re leaving here is, in reality, a pedestal of principled behavior. If you need that much help getting laid, just shove that stupid excuse up your ass and stay out of the ring.

I guess if it needs to be spelled out for you.

No word from Trump on the massacre (not that horrible tragedy in Bowling Green) at the mosque in Quebec (our nearest neighbor), but he’s all over the attack that killed no one in France (way over in Europe). This is, of course, because it doesn’t fit his narrative that only Muslims are bad, not the right-wing radical that killed six and critically injured five others. (Who was also a Trump fan).

At first I was unsure about this – usually, people who actually don’t care don’t even take the time to say so – but then I read the thousand words of drivel that followed it and became convinced that it was true.

If only we didn’t all exist inside our own skulls…

I’m sorry, have we met?

Seriously man, it’s all good. I’ve said my piece and I’ll let you get back at it.

Muslim terrorism is highly preventable. Don’t let them immigrate to America.

White shootings are an internal problem while Muslim terrorism is a preventable external problem.

They take a little getting used to but once you do they’re freakin great!

I can’t even figure out how to begin to respond to this.

The FFs made it quite clear that the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion.

Honestly, it’s entertainment (and, since I sort of write for a living, it’s practice). For me. I won’t lie and say I feel some sort of underlying camaraderie with therajraj (mostly because this chap is wrong: raj is not a troll, he really is a white supremacist, and he really does spend his free time following other white supremacists around on the internet, trying to get them to tweet back at him in a way that literally threatens to inspire pity in me), but it’s not like I’m poisoning his fuckin’ kids here. I’m calling him a stupid asshole in inventive ways. Because “white supremacists are stupid assholes and you can tell them so whenever the fuck you feel like it” is one of the things I believe (maybe I need try out that wan, shit-eating, above-it-all hipster-nihilism thing where people say ohhhh you’re against racism, how braaaaave instead…but something tells me my current ROE are far, far more viscerally satisfying).

In almost all other cases – e.g., with you – we have a smiling dust-up and set off some fireworks and admire each other’s moves and then laugh about it and that’s it.

I will, however, say this: had I known that linguistic self-indulgence is not only worse than white supremacy but so confoundingly grotesque that it can cause people to forget that white supremacy is something with which they’re even supposed to take issue in the first place, I never would have so vigorously indulged in myself as I have here.

Edit: @anonym I am just fucking around here. No hard feelings on my end – or, anyway, none near as hard as the black dicks pounding white women in raj’s nightmares.

This calls to mind the pigeon/chess aphorism that made an appearance earlier.
