When itās rare it is incredible. Legit roast beef with seasoning.

A legit roast beef sandwich fast food chain seems so obvious to me now, but thereās never been one anywhere Iāve lived. I guess I didnāt understand what was missing from my life until I looked up Lionās Choice. I was brainwashed by Arbyās apparently.
Iāve long contemplated opening a simple midwestern burger shack here in Maine, but there are a lot of gaps in midwestern food availability that people out east donāt even know about. I can make a killer copycat Schoops Cheeseburger, but I can also do Italian Beef, Chicago Style Hot Dogs, Polish sausage, brats, schnitzel, and now it seems like a legit roast beef sandwich is another unfilled gap.
Hopefully Donald J. Trump becomes the President to make all of this possible for me without getting shot or robbed in my newly violent town by Making America Great Again, Again.
Lionās Choice has been here for decadesā¦ when itās served up rare it is so juicy and tastes incredible. Their fries are world class, too.
I used to get 2 King beefs, a chili and a chocolate milk for post workout

Lionās Choice is one of the things I miss most about the St. Louis area.
That and downtown St. Charles around Christmas is pretty awesome.

Grew up in old St Charlesā¦ 5th and Booneslick. Still a really charming town. Growing too quickly unfortunately. Remember Noahās Ark on 5th St ?
