If there happens to be interstellar civilization going around, thereās not much we can do about it though. They would be so much ahead of us in any way that there would not be any real negotiations. If they would want to contact us, only thing we could do would be ask for benevolence. We would be to them something like dogs are for humans.

Agree. I doubt that there would be a huge gap between harnessing energy to achieve interstellar travel and harnessing energy for offense/defense. If they could travel at either greater than the speed of light or by manipulating spacetime, they could very likely blip out life on earth without any real problem too.

Having interspecies dialogue could be similar what we have with our pets. If they would decide to erase us we probably could not even understand why or how.

Lewiston is in the news again concerning the blatant heathcare fraud being uncovered. Democrats at the local and state level are making it abundantly clear that their top priority is protecting immigrants in Maine, which means protecting their scams.
Just this week our city council president explained that a mass shooting victim speaking at public comment should have been ruled āout of orderā because he asked a councilor to look at his missing finger and his maimed arm. He was speaking about the now world-famous āperfectly legalā diversion of mass shooting donations to completely unrelated immigrant and prisoner advocacy nonprofits. Ghoulish stuff.
