Noticing, first and foremost. You can’t unring that bell. Nearly all active duty military is on X, which also can’t be put back in the Twitter box very easily.

But yes, legislative action is needed and we still haven’t gotten it.

I don’t think it is actually close to half the country, not US citizens at least. Polls are not very reliable anymore. They used to be pretty good at predicting elections, but they got worse lately.

Here in Maine it is still older Gen-X and Boomers who get all of their information from major newspapers and network TV. Every protest, every campaign event, every stand with Somalia event is almost exclusively old white people.

Simultaneously we will have NYC as a showcase of failed policies, even as mind-boggling fraud comes to light. It reaches a point where mainstream media actually starts covering it like here in Maine. They are just 8 months behind The Maine Wire, but better late than never.

I’ll give it to the groypers, they are funny.

Soros definitely, even at the local level in Maine. His nonprofit literally owns our largest newspapers, all of whom get paid by the State of Maine for ā€œmarketingā€. I’m not sure how much influence Israel actually has on anyone reporting in Maine. Maybe all of it, but there is no way for me to possibly know if that is true. The Soros stuff is a matter of public record.

Still, those media are dying at roughly the same rate boomers and aging Gen X is. That’s their audience, and barring advances in longevity, they won’t be around forever.

Waltz stepping out of the MN governor’s race is pretty huge. He was supposed to be the first retarded Vice President in history to serve alongside the first Oreo President in history.

Deportations are actually working, too, with more self-deportations as well. Millions already, and ICE is still ramping up. The owner of Gateway Community Services here in Maine just put his $1M home in Falmouth on the market and is currently residing in Kenya and Dubai.

Even our Soros-owned Sun Journal explained the Iman Osman ridiculousness in fairly clear terms today. When you add stuff like that, mass shooting donation scandals, brazen fraud schemes that are well-documented and presented to the public, a lot of ā€œnormiesā€ start to notice, too.

Also consider that facebook has largely followed X’s lead when it comes to a lack of censorship. These are all promising signs. In my circle, nearly everyone is aware of the Maine Wire now, even my kid and his friends. He even voted in the last local election.

Most of the work needs to be done at the state and local level, but the blatant rigging in states like Maine is probably insurmountable without federal intervention when all of the population centers are under Democrat control. I think we’re already a red state, just rigged to the gills.

Well a woman in Minneapolis got a dose of FAFO when she drove directly at an ICE agent after first obstructing them and then refusing to exit her vehicle. She was shot and killed and now the leftists are all pretending she didn’t try to run down a federal agent and she was just an innocent protestor. Even the mayor is in on the hysteria, because of course he is.

This angle looks pretty clear-cut to me. Do that to any LEO and find out what happens.

I’m not a Trump fan, but a couple positive things came out recently, so I’ll give credit where credit is due.

Yeah both of those should play well, as long as they can thread the needle and clearly define ā€œinstitutional investorsā€ compared to people like my friend who runs a good local property management firm.

Rich people would still buy up tons of homes to rent on their own. I don’t know what kind of tax benefits there are in owning rental houses, but if there are any they all need to be eliminated.

Leftoid sewer dwellers calling for violence on ICE agents on IG snd tiktok… of course without recourse. This particular dumb shit was harassing and interfering with ICE all day. Not glad she’s dead. But how stupid are these unhinged whack jobs ?

My governor is in on the hysteria about the event, as is one of Maine’s congressional representatives (not mine). And of course Graham Platner is, because he’s AOC with a beard, a covered up Nazi tattoo, and combat experience. I think they are jealous that none of Maine’s leftist agitators are stupid enough to get themselves shot by ICE.

I agree that’s what a judge will say, but the video tells a different story. Low speed, the wheels turned to the right before moving, the ICE agent’s first round goes through the windshield but then he fires two more rounds through the driver door window. Is this woman an asshole? Yes. Did the ICE agent wrongfully kill her? I think so. I would like to know a lot more about the circumstances of this stop though. What illegal thing led to this ā€œstopā€?

Here’s the moment the first shot is fired. The officer is actually completely out of the way of the vehicle and shooting through the windshield at an angle.

She had her vehicle blocking the road to impede the ICE agents. They didn’t stop her. She stopped herself in the middle of the road.

Her vehicle made contact with the agent while she was accelerating, and he shot her to stop from getting run over. You expected him to wait to see if her wheels where turned to the right before defending himself?

There are better angles. He is directly in front of the vehicle and she makes contact with him when he shoots her. He isn’t out of the way.

The officer was hit by the vehicle…he was transported to the hospital and released

it’s a justified shooting

Not at all. And I completely understand situations like this and how quickly things happen. It’s not hollywood. However, I think moving out of the way of the vehicle in this case is smarter for the ICE agent for preserving his own life. If i’m threatened by a car coming toward me, shooting the driver doesn’t instantly stop that threat, the car keeps moving (sometimes speeds up).

There are plenty of justified shootings when a police officers life is threatened, but I don’t see this as one of them.

I think often law enforcement get into this standoff mentality where they refuse to give an inch and people end up dying when they could have taken a step back (often literally). I know it won’t be a popular opinion. I always judge these case by case and from what I’ve seen on this one I don’t think he is justified in shooting. But let me be clear on this, he is LEGALLY justified based on past case law of similar incidences. The car moves even slightly in his direction, it’s a deadly threat, case dismissed. He’s not going to jail.

Remember this? I see it as somewhat similar. A step back changes the entire outcome.
