What pro-Christian/Anti-Tranzlgbtqrs policy have they championed?
I mean, as head of Homeland security, she was doing the job of the office as determined by the appropriate governing bodies, just like the seven others before her.
There’s plenty to hate, since she has been in politics for a while, but I don’t see a whole lot of hypocracy.
Now, if her husband was an illegal ftm from Nicaragua, I’d say “Yeah, she sure is!” but as it stands, she looks pretty consistent.
Can’t attest to what she prays for or about, but she knows who she is and has her own reasons for practicing her faith as she sees fit.
For the record: I could care less about her, other than the shooting the dog thing. I don’t like that at all.

You know, this raises a good point. There aren’t any democracies in LotR.
Humans have monarchies.
Gondor is an absolute monarchy, while Rohan is more like a monarch with decentralized warlord vassles.
Dwarves have hereditary monarchies based on the seven houses.
Elves have kind of a family-estate kind of structure. Not really hippy, but more like old-money principalities.
Orcs are just “fuck you, do what I say or you die.”
The Ents might be a republic, they have long councils, but they agree instead of voting.
Hobbits come the closest with a utopian ordered anarchy.
Although they do elect mayors and sheriffs which ends up causing problems, but they do have an uprising to fix it.
Which leads back to ordered anarchy.
It means wearing plastic tits and pink panties while paying some chick online to talk shit is still weird for the right. Would’ve just been another day and not newsworthy on the other side.

Yeah I personally don’t care either way. Besides isn’t Kristi the one who was traveling with a bag of sex toys? It’s entirely possible she’s aware and participates but is wanting to keep a public face.

There was a “No Queens” protest outside a library in Maine where Maine Democratic Party darling “Letta The Queen” aka “Letta Dickin” wanted parents to bring their children to him so he could read weird books to the kids.
In the upside down world of Maine politics, the people with the signs are Nazis and the people who think it is important for kids to be around drag queens are the good guys.
Maybe in the future we’ll get a special guest appearance from Noem’s husband so the kids can learn all about bimbomaxxing.
Gross. I remember a simpler time when the public library was a place for the homeless to charge their phones and jack it in the bathroom.

As long as it was sufficiently anti-Catholic, probably in Maine. Maine Democrats enacted the 1920’s Maine KKK’s only public policy priority in 2022 when they successfully ended public funding for sectarian schools in Maine.
Related, St. Dom’s will not be continuing to operate for Lewiston/Auburn area students. They made a valiant effort to stay open after funding was cut, but they didn’t meet enrollment requirements and the Diocese wouldn’t pony up any more money, either. It was just announced a few weeks ago.
The KKK finally won their only public policy priority in the State of Maine.
