Trump 2025 - Resuming The National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity (Part 1)

Because they were involving children and in sports against women, the line was crossed at that exact moment…other than that i could have cared less

Could be, Chinese history is still one of my untapped reservoirs of interest and it is a real behemoth of a topic, on account of millennia of writing. They’re communist now, so whatever Confucianism achieved seems to have been washed away or swallowed up by the religion of collective consciousness, aka woke, aka socialism.

Your comparisons of Norse paganism also fall apart because, again, that isn’t a state religion like transgenderism in Maine is. If you were a public student right now in Maine, you would have been subjected to an amount of indoctrination into that idea that you and I can’t conceive of when we think back on our education decades ago. If you have the bad luck of having a trans activist teacher, it is entirely possible and even likely that they would have encouraged you to think of yourself as a member of the opposite sex and actively cultivated that idea in your young mind at a very young age.

It really does break my heart when I see all of the young women around town who proudly reveal their breast removal scars with their clothing choice, have wispy beards, or the men who have been led to believe that society and even heterosexual men will accept them as women. The overwhelming majority of these kids would have just gotten into The Cure or punk rock, or gansta rap, or whatever subculture they found most attractive back when we were kids, then grown out of it not long afterwards with regrettable tattoos being the worst reminder of their youth.

When you get into the actual surgeries, they’re even more ghastly than you can imagine. Straight-up nightmare fuel, all pushed on kids as healthcare, which has a lot of billing benefits that aid in revenue growth.

It really is that simple for most people in MAGA.

In other news, the NBA betting scandal is totally wild, but unsurprising. I used to be a basketball nut, but I got to grow up within transmission range of Chicago sports broadcasts and watch almost all of Michael Jordan’s home games even though my folks didn’t have cable. His last season in Chicago was my senior year of high school, so his entire Bulls career was the defining sports media of my childhood.

Big shot Billups is even implicated! It’s a pretty wild story that sounds like movie material. Sophisticated rigging of poker games with NBA stars and mafia connections. Wild stuff!

I predict someone will be making the case that Donald Trump is being racist for his DOJ prosecuting this.

Pretty sure Steven A Smith (the racist dickbag on ESPN sports talk) already did this. Your prediction is just a summary at this point.

I’m sure you have sources. This is hard to believe, but if true, I get the outrage.

The only issue I currently have with our school system is the backwards common core math curriculum.

He’s an awful analyst, too. I’m totally unsurprised that he’s first out of the gate with the bullshit. The NBA has been digging its own grave for quite a few years now, at least if you compare it to the 1990’s when it was at its best.

As an aside, Michael Jordan NEVER talked about race and he is probably responsible for more “antiracism” than every self-described “anti-racist” activist combined. It is hard to overstate how popular he was in rural Indiana where I grew up. My wealthy godparents bought me Air Jordans every year for my birthday, making me the envy of all those suckers in their Reebok Pumps.

You can view my sources by reviewing the Maine DOE website explaining their policies. Anecdotes of how this plays out can be learned from watching school board meetings in Maine and simply observing all of the transgender youth.

I learned math up to BC Calculus in public school and saw no need to reinvent how the curriculum was taught. Our results today do indeed indicate that we have a real problem.

Social and Emotional Learning is another very big departure from the days of my public education, which is a multi-billion dollar industry with an elaborate framework of subjective understanding that isn’t resulting in a more compassionate, caring, or understanding society at all. It is similar to common core in that it is a solution in search of a problem that makes a lot of money for the people who promote it while producing questionable results at best.

All to replace The Golden Rule, which also works for transgender and gay students.

Almost 2.5 millennia. Interestingly the written language remained mostly the same over that period, and also used in Vietnam, Korea and Japan up until 1900 or so before a bunch of anti-intellectual pushback in all of them to start writing in the vernacular language. It’s like if all the western countries never stopped writing in Latin.

2.5 millennia of people arguing with each other, lol.

That which you don’t want done to you, don’t do to others. (Confucius)

I’m with you on the whole social emotional learning stuff in school.

One of my kids has genuine issues that have required working with occupational therapists and a couple other modalities, so I’ve been around it done “right”, and it’s a struggle even for them. There’s no way a school can do any of it well. And it’s not necessary for 99.9+% of the kids.

The single biggest therapeutic impact has been from putting my kid in martial arts.

The true offense is stealing the sign of the covenant that God made with Noah.

I get what you’re saying, and am aware that you take it as literal truth.

The earliest textual and artistic depictions of rainbows predate the earliest compilation of the Torah and earliest extant copies of Genesis.

This doesn’t prove or disprove anything of itself, but it does suggest that rainbows may be a phenomena independent of any Abrahamic religion.

Not a rhetorical question: why weren’t rainbows used as the symbol of Christianity, or of Judaism? It seems like a fitting symbol, and easy enough shape to make/share/spread.

Moses was told by God what happened from creation to the youth of Moses. When the scripture was written has absolutely nothing to do regarding when God made His covenant with Noah.

The Noahic Covenant is with ALL MEN (which also includes Abraham and his descendants.)

Then is the issue with the flag or with those who [mis]use it?

Doesn’t matter. Seems as though a group stole a sacred sign (the first sign mentioned in the Bible which represents that God would never destroy the earth again with water) to represent their cause.

Beyond “don’t be misled by them”, what’s the appropriate response? I would guess to just ignore them, but maybe not. Cast them out?

I’m just gunna point out that we didn’t have to worry about climate change when we were sacrificing virgins to the sun god.

Have you ever heard of the Ice Age? It was actually a real thing with evidence found all around us. Here in Maine I have observed glacial erratic boulders in unexpected places, along with experiencing very mild but noticeable earthquakes due to glacial rebound, not tectonic fault lines.

I also grew up on top of the Valparaiso moraine, which was the last glacial maximum in North America. We had rare rolling hills in northern Indiana, along with kettle ponds. The geography flattened out almost exactly one mile south of our house, and it stays flat for a really long time.

All thanks to climate change.

Nope. Trannies threw off the magnetic pole. Do some research.

Nope.

They glitterbombed it and threw a big dance party.
