Trump 2025 - Resuming The National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity (Part 1)

@sepcalla For a local example of what I’m talking about with Trump defunding the self-funded regime change we’ve been doing to ourselves, I’ll use my white privilege to point out that blackgirlinmaine has been bitching about her DEI contracts drying up lately. You can look her up on facebook or substack to read those bitchings, but here’s a link to her official website.

Shay Stewart-Bouley | Anti-Racism Speaker for Education and Empowerment

This broad has been making a living in no small part off of public money that she collects to spread revolutionary socialism, known locally as Democratic Socialism. Maine has no history of racism. It was a leader in abolition, sent more soldiers to die in the Civil War than most other states per-capita, and never went on to implement any race-based policies whatsoever, until the Mills Administration took over in 2019 to begin aggressively implementing the ideas of blackgirlilnmaine and those who agree with her.

Look up the DSA’s policy platform, then imagine this same bitch moved to Finland. She complains nonstop about how white Finland is, accuses it’s people of being unrepentant racists, talks nonstop about how you guys sided with Hitler, and suggests that the Democratic Socialists of America’s ideas need to be adapted to correct the deficiencies in Finnish society.

Then imagine Finland was paying for her to do this to Finns with your own tax dollars, flowed through a series of charity organizations.

That’s an accurate description of what she does. I’m fine with her having those ideas and I’m fine with as many white women as possible lining up to pay her to tell them how racist they are, just as I’m fine with a lot of the same white women paying their astrologers to interpret reality for them.

I’m not fine with tax dollars being flowed to people who want to do that. At the end of that day, that basic idea is behind a lot of the cuts MAGA is attempting.

Oh we surely have these. Hahah.

Now that you’re still with me, imagine that in addition to being taxed to pay for this bitch to try to overthrow your system of government, she’s also a featured speaker on your publicly-funded radio network, booked as a speaker and promoted with website links at Finnish universities, hired as a consultant by HR departments of Finnish businesses to shape their policies due to new laws that require ideas like hers to be promoted, and feted by your local media and politicians as a welcome voice for change in Finland.

Now imagine billions of public dollars per year funding this sort of thing in the USA. It has been a war for a while, there just hasn’t been a good level of organized resistance until recently.

Because as horrific as this is, it’s still a local crime story for NYC

Did CNN cover the local crime in ANY of our cities this week? No, but my local news channel and paper did. That’s what local news sources are for

All of those outlets he listed are national news outlets, they generally don’t cover local crime.

The Daniel penny story was notable because it involved a marine taking the law into his own hands with lethal results. This elevates it above a simple local issue into, because on top of being extra eye grabbing with the marine, it brought into question a legal issue of what bystanders are allowed to do which affects all of us

it’s not some grand liberal conspiracy to hide crime, it’s how the news works.

It’s both.

I mean, a Soros nonprofit literally bought my local newspaper, every other major newspaper in Maine, and then stopped the centuries-old practice of reporting the police blotter.

You think that’s just a coincidence?

There are plenty of cities that voted for Trump that could use cleaning up, if the issues listed above are your metric, why isn’t he going there?

The entire state of Texas was shitting its pants 10 years ago over jade Helm which was a military training exercise… something I thought you all liked. Morons were literally having training exercises to combat the Obama take over. The conspiracy that it was Obama prepping to take over Texas It literally got validated and responses from the governor and senator of the state.

The question is when the next democrat president decides to send the guard into Texas “so they understand what the department of WAR can do” (to paraphrase), will he have your full and unquestioned backing just like you’re giving to Trump ? Surely there are illegals in Texas committing crime no?

That’s a different topic, I’m specifically referring to that one local story not being reported on every national news outlet

Then JAQing off to show how that “proves” there’s a huge coverup. Basically the hallmark of every conspiracy theory dipshit online

It would appear that his “target list” is highly political, coinciding with deportation efforts. He’s very much attacking the Democrats’ power bases, no doubt about it.

As long as he’s doing it without infringing on any US Citizen’s rights, yeah, I’d be good with that in 2025. There are a lot of things I’m good with in 2025 that I would have had serious reservations about in 2005, but that’s 20 years ago, prior to the woke revolution and mass migration.

I get that and that’s a fine observation. But it’s pretty hard to make the case that the national news media is somehow an unbiased government watchdog or fact-sharing organization. Of course they pick and choose what to cover and what to amplify. They have to, but there’s also a pretty easily observable pattern to anyone who has been getting information from a variety of sources.

It traces all the way from federal down to state and local, too. Maine is an interesting case because we’re so small and it’s relatively easy to follow most of what happens at both state and local levels.

Not the point I’m making or defending. The point was that the national news doesn’t cover every local crime in the country

In any event I look forward to seeing your support when the next Dem president starts showing the red cities around the country what the department of WAR looks like

Hope it does turn into Atlantis…its a way for me to bang Mera, lol

If they had the crime and issues the cities chosen have currently? I would be 100% okay with it.

You can’t completely disregard the objective facts of the criminality and absolute shitshow the cities getting this are / threatened to get federal involvement.

Memphis is my home city and it needs it. I’ve been in the system there as a fledgling attorney years ago and it’s a complete shitshow that needs the feds to step in.

Continuously letting your law-abiding citizens be terrorized by the criminal element and doing absolutely nothing to protect them pretty much seals the deal for me regardless what political affiliation the city leans.

You have some pretty good arguments / takes, but this isn’t one.

That kind of goes back to my question about red cities. Theres a reason all cities utilize blue ideas.

So in Chicago we’re using salt trucks to block the roads - you know, since its an ICE problem.

I think it’s funny.

But there already are cities with more crime than these two in “red states”. He is purposefully skipping those to target cities in states that didn’t vote for him

He’s not working his way down the list from #1 to 100, he’s specifically targeting cities that didn’t vote for him and leaving cities that did vote for him alone, regardless of their crime level

If you don’t find that problematic we disagree.

Has the conversation turned from “red cities” to “red states”?
When “red cities” were first mentioned I wondered what are the largest “red cities” in America.

I recall the good ol’ days when fighting crime was not political. Has this country devolved that far?

Take your pick and the point still stands . You’re being purposefully obtuse to me it seems to make your own point while avoiding the point that Trump is specifically targeting democratic cities and states

so if you’re wondering how crime got politicized maybe start looking at the top guy in charge doing the politicizing

Oh we disagree on a lot more than that :joy:, but yes we disagree.

We already know what this looks like, because we just lived through it. It looks like decriminalizing crime. It looks like using public funds to import as many people as possible, signing them up for every benefit possible, and then making it possible for them illegally cast noncitizen and nonresident votes in the elections with a near-zero chance of being caught. It looks like introducing ideas like DEI and transgenderism into public policy by using public money to promote people like blackgirlingmaine, and millions more like her at every institution possible. It looks like the entire corporate media speaking the same narratives in unison, as if on-cue. It looks like athletic men dominating your local high school women’s sporting events. It looks like using the intelligence agencies to manufacture fake intelligence reports about your political opponent, then using the corporate media to endlessly promote the false information. It looks like new legal theories used to charge your political opponents with 34 victimless felonies in sham trials. It looks like George Floyd and the sham trial of Derek Chauvin, with actual statues built to St. George of the sacred fentanyl pipe. It looks like crime flourishing and your public schools failing, and it happens really fast.

We already know what sort of tactics the Democrat’s Department of War uses against their political opponents. Now we get to learn what dismantling that war machine looks like.

No one can accuse you of not expressing your point well, I will say that.

Thanks. It is sometimes hard to find words to explain the confluence of information I’ve done my best to determine to be true over the last 10 years. That’s part of why I always try to connect local, state, and federal politics in this thread, because I believe it is worthless to think about them as somehow siloed off from each other.

It’s certainly possible that I’m wrong about Trump, but I haven’t seen any compelling evidence that any of the worst things about him as a political leader are true. He’s obviously wielding power in a way we’re not accustomed to, but so did Lincoln. Lincoln, for the record, was a mega-fascist in today’s terms.

The whole “deep state” idea and the idea that we just tried to regime change ourselves is pretty wild, but the receipts are all there in the public record at this point. If you’re waiting until the media sources who participated in it come along and admit what they were doing for years on end, you’ll probably be waiting for a long time for that kind of confirmation.
