Trump did it
More legal losses for trump this week, Earlier today a judge ruled Trump using the national guard in Cali was illegal, and just now the Fifth circuit court of appeals says his use of the Alien Enemies Act is not able to used as the justification for his deportations of a group of Venezuelans, as their being here does not constitute an invasion
Im sure it will get appealed up, but thats the current state of the suit
I don’t see that one holding up, just like most of the lower court rulings that aren’t holding up. One phrase from the ruling stood out:
The Proclamation was issued under the authority of a 1798 statute applicable only in the event of a declared war, an invasion, or a predatory incursion by a foreign nation or government, and it allows the President to detain alien enemies.
What, exactly, constitutes an invasion in 2025? The British invaded with maybe 50,000 illegal aliens in the war of 1812. With Venezuela alone, there are ten times as many people here illegally, many sent here from Venezuelan prisons by the Maduro government. They don’t wear uniforms, march in formation, or exploit the land and its people under the Venezuelan flag, but other than that, how different is the situation really?
Obviously no conventional military forces have the capability to invade us in order to extract wealth from the population and control us through direct force. They haven’t needed to since opening the border up. They can just make their way here and Democrats will give them cars, homes, healthcare, food, cash, you-name-it, all to secure a new voting bloc for the policies that the natives do not like or want in large numbers.
Invaders getting stuff happens right away, at least in places like Maine and other blue states, but overthrowing the previous government is a different process than military invasion. It was nearly successful here, and it appears to have been successful in the UK, where the native population are now second class citizens forced to fund the invasion with little political recourse at this point.
Whether or not it is successful in Maine will largely depend on the outcome of our Voter ID ballot resolution in November. If it fails, federal intervention may be Maine’s only chance to get rid of this government, which is only in power due to an egregiously rigged system.
I can’t speak to other areas like I can Maine obviously, but I am quite convinced we are under the government of a corrupt narco state. Nearly every public policy we have at the state and local level is beneficial to drug cartels, human traffickers, and anyone who is here to extract wealth by exploiting the population through criminal activity. It sure would explain a lot.
Mexico officially has no representatives who work for the cartels, but somehow the cartels have reasons to assassinate each other’s candidates left and right. What if they don’t need to do that in a place like Maine, where the system is sufficiently rigged that they can easily assert influence without all of the heat that targeted assassinations of political candidates bring?
How else can you make an entire state such a great place to do business for human traffickers and drug cartels?
Having read through a good chunk of the opinion, the court seems to be arguing that Tren de Aragua doesn’t meet their technical requirements of an invasion force. It sounds like they would only be invaders if they were doing what they do in military uniforms with Venezuelan flags on them. As long as they remember to not wear military uniforms, they aren’t invaders in the courts eyes.
A country’s encouraging its residents and citizens to enter this country illegally is not the modern-day equivalent of sending an armed, organized force to occupy, to disrupt, or to otherwise harm the United States. There is no finding that this mass immigration was an armed, organized force or forces. It is an action that would have been possible when the AEA was written, and the AEA would not have covered it. The AEA does not apply today either.
In local news, Portland Democrats continue to demonstrate the Democratic Socialist difference. After decriminalizing a variety of crime and turning once-beautiful Portland into a dystopian hellscape, they are now fining property owners who can’t find tenants who want to do business in Portland.
Does anyone in California consider Pres Trump’s use of the National Guard/ Marines a success?
As a guy from outside the State it seems like the troops being in town prevented the spread of the the protests. And helped put a lid on any violence and unrest.
And then left town, without any bloodshed or conflict.
But it hurt some feelings. AND THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE
I understand that state and local government officials don’t want outsiders from Federal level showing up and pushing them around. And making them look bad. Federalism and all that.
But it seems like nothing bad happened, and feelings were the only things hurt.
Calm chaos down…politicians lose money
Having watched it unfold in Maine, it is beyond clear to me that Democrats gain a lot from crime. Unproven corruption aside, it helps entrench their rule in any given jurisdiction by driving political opposition to move and discouraging people likely to vote against them from ever moving to the district.
I also suspect a fair bit of intimidation tactics can do wonders. It sure would explain a lot.
My mayor is just as big of a doofus as Brandon Johnson in Chicago, who is using fighting words to rile up his base. My mayor didn’t say anything like that, but he did promote a geriatric protest against Trump on the bridge this weekend.
In international news there are now SEVEN AfD politicians who have died in the last couple of weeks before their election. That sure would be an extraordinary coincidence if no foul play was involved.
The tide really has turned.

Sounds like you’ve identified the actual enemy threat.
The threat is obviously racism and heterosexual whites.

But you repeat yourself.
Asians can be racist too because they are successful.
Did anybody catch Gabbard on the Steele Dossier this afternoon?
Lots of big news today. I really want to believe the Epstein survivors when they release their list, but I hate that they’re going to do it anonymously.
