Unlike groupie scenarios where thirsty women are out on the prowl for a male target, this is one of those scenarios where most reasonable people will agree that this child is not in the wrong whatsoever. Carrying a pair of deadly weapons isn’t normal behavior for young girls in western society, and I doubt she was doing so in an effort to harm someone else.
The grown man in the situation could have apologized and walked away at any moment, even if his intentions were misinterpreted by the little girl, but he didn’t. He kept pressing the encounter, even after the little girls made it clear they wanted to be left alone.

Actually, I don’t know that to be true, but it seems like a possibility. It was my first thought on the matter as soon as I heard it.
Id rather not see people do this, and I understand the sentiment behind it. Since DC is not a city or state but a federal capitol, maybe it can be done.

We look at it as disrespectful because we love our country…

Speaking of scandals, Trump definitely said something scandalous on a hot mic 20 years ago, but at least there hasn’t been a trail of dozens of suspicious deaths in the wake of his political career.
Of course, no evidence exists directly linking Bill or Hillary Clinton to the very long list of unusual and violent deaths over the decades, so it could just be an odd coincidence or a crazy conspiracy theory.
That’s what the same media who said Obama was scandal free, that Trump was elected because of Putin and that COVID came from a bad batch of Pangolin soup say about the Clinton body count.
