Trump 2025 - Resuming The National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity (Part 1)

One tremendous misunderstanding surrounding censorship is that, as citizens who own a platform or business or restaurant or what ever- they are free to tell who ever they want to shut up and kick them straight out the door. The constitution actually protects this.

Its when the government steps in and violates its charter to protect our right to free speech that the voilation takes place, as they are not only not protecting our right or rights (thats actually their only purpose) but Violating them.

Of course. But if you’re owner of a media platform of free speech and start cutting off people (even if it would be justified morally), you’re slipping already.

In theory full free speech means listening stuff you don’t want to listen: insults, lies, conspiracy theories etc. Most countries and platforms have therefore limited free speech in some manner. People who are silenced in these countries or platforms usually say there’s censorship going on.

It’s all about semantics.

Media platform. Full stop.

Musk does not guarantee or enforce free speech in the US. Its considered a God given right.

He’s a big deal, but not that big.

Not even in the same ball park. No one can be required or forced to listen to or view anything that they don’t want to.

They’re Free. To leave.

This makes me care less about sparing the few innocent when clearing out the rot.

Silence is consent.

Looks like Bongino is going to resign.

My guess is these creepy fucks sent him pictures of his wife and kids. There is no length they won’t go to to protect themselves.

The thing that gets me is that he HAD to have known that’s what the result would be.
Like they killed this dude inside of a hella secure jail cell to avoid getting caught, so why the fuck would he think he’s any different?

That sure would explain a lot. He looked like he was being held hostage when he announced that all evidence points to a suicide. He literally looked scared.

I know a guy who worked with Bongino in the USSS roughly 20 years ago. He swore up and down that Bongino is a real deal law enforcement professional and a helluva good dude. This is coming from one of the most stand-up guys I have known for the last 10 years.

For a quick detour to local politics, let me highlight a good example of how the Democratic Socialist machine operates.

Kaydenz Kitchen is a local 501(c)(3) currently asking the City of Lewiston for $1.2 million dollars so it can qualify for a $2.5 million dollar grant awarded by the State of Maine through the Lewiston Housing Authority. This is to run a so-called “low barrier homeless shelter”. They accept nearly all comers. “Low barrier” just means sex offenders and active use drug addicts welcome.

They refuse to provide anyone their IRS 990 forms. None show up in public records database queries under their EIN. Even Maine’s own Secretary of State classifies them as NOT IN GOOD STANDING.

Yet somehow public money continues to flow to these grifters, all while they virtue signal all over social media about what angels they are.

Many such nonprofits seem to exist and I’m working on compiling a list to present to Lewiston city council and the public. Some of our nonprofits appear to be completely legit and up-to-date on their filings, many others do not.

Meanwhile, funding these guys has a political benefit as it attracts a lot of troubled and needy people to the area who relentlessly harass people and businesses. Our local newspaper no longer publishes an arrest log, so a friend of mine FOAA’s it nightly from the jail and posts online. One asshole has been arrested 18 times this year already. My barber recently filmed him outside of her shop acting like a maniac and looking like a Mad Max extra.

Every closed business and every middle or upper class family that flees the jurisdiction is calculated as a political win for Maine Democrats. The exodus entrenches their power over time. The whole thing is a giant wealth extraction scam. If I were a drug kingpin, I couldn’t imagine a better place to do business than Maine. The whole thing stinks to high heaven.

Knowing and then being confronted with such power and resources directly are two entirely different things.

To a lesser extent, I have been there.

I don’t blame him for folding.

Would you mind expanding on this?
I believe you, I’m just interested in the story.

I don’t think he’s scared. I think he’s genuinely pissed off at being lied to like the rest of us. I think he has more integrity than to stick around and be part of the cover up

Remember the good old days when “they” said Deep Blue (prescient nickname…) wouldn’t be able to beat world champions like Kasparov at chess? Now, that’s like even an average computer can do it.

I remember reading a science fiction story (novel?) where kids reach a certain stage of brain maturity, then get plugged into the matrix (my choice of word lol) to download all human knowledge, easy peasy.

But there were certain “dumb” kids whose brains could not accept the download and had to learn everything the old fashioned way, they earned it.

End of the story, turns out the “dumb” kids were the only ones who were capable of independent thought, and therefore were actually the people counted on to advance human knowledge with NEW insights. The geniuses.

For the life of me, I cannot remember or find the name of that story or book. I could’ve sworn it was written by Robert Heinlein, who by the way, is the author who coined the term Grok in his science fiction novel Stranger in a Strange Land (written in 1961, so that tells you how long it’s been). If anyone knows this book, I will henceforth dub thee Master, O’ Great One, etc.

Funny, cuz Heinlin was one of the original futurists.

But instead of trying to create a brain → computer interface or upload his conscience, he just wrote it all down for future generations to read and learn from.

… hmmm.

I like lazy people, it just leaves more opportunities for me.

I love people my age who go to college, get no job experience in the field they’re studying, and now they complain about not finding a job.

They make great tenants for my room rentals.

I think you’re confusing censorship and free speech.

If musk is preventing certain things/people/ideas from being on twitter he is censoring them.

As a matter of free speech That is his right as the owner of the platform and the government can’t step in

Those people can go do a different platform or start their own.

But that doesn’t mean Elon isn’t censoring things on his platform, it’s just that the government can’t stop him from doing so.

Censorship can also consist of the government directing private businesses to censor citizens, as my Senator Angus King did before Musk purchased Twitter.

Yes, true. But he’s not infringing on the right of another person by doing so. He’s exercising his own.

I guess thats what I was trying to clarify, so thanks for the follow up.

It involved Antigua and a few billionaires that backed an alternative medicine clinic there that does stem cells, etc.

Fun fact: many billionaires are Antiguan citizens and there is one in particular that is one of the only people to ever win a multi-million court case against the IRS.

I was tangentially involved as counsel, but spent 6 months on large Yachts and around Antigua, Jacksonville, and Miami not long after graduating law school.

I can’t go into too many details, but I saw a different world that has no laws or limits. The word “no” does not exist in a billionaires vocabulary. Also, billionaires are puny compared to the ones that actually have the real wealth and control things.

In those 6 months, I found out how insignificant and helpless I actually am against some that exist on this planet. And not physically - but in power and wealth that most will never even brush against much less see.
