Today’s casual use of the term “idiot” is just more evidence of the devolution of the English language. When I was in school the term “idiot” meant the person had an IQ between 0 and 25.
We all know that an IQ of 100 is considered the mean. More than two standard deviations below the mean (100) begins specific classifications for specific ranges of highly intelligence challenged people. IQ classifications:
I will never understand taking people like this alive or using kid gloves on them. Annihilate them with extreme prejudice. They have proven they can’t exist in civilized society.
I haven’t heard the full scoop yet, but he was probably very intoxicated, very crazy and one wrong move from being ventilated.
He has probably already cost Maine taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars in their efforts to rehabilitate, not incarcerate. This isn’t his first standoff and he was arrested and convicted for doing the same thing in Rumford, but with a shotgun. His most recent arrest was in January for stealing a van and then ramming a parked vehicle.
The most important thing is that woke white women feel good about themselves for being so compassionate with their politics.
If you are / have attempted murder on random innocent citizens, you should take the long sleep without remorse or care from anyone.
We weren’t so lucky this time. Maybe his third public rampage and armed standoff will work out differently for him.
I’m not sure what you need to do to get locked up long-term in Maine anymore. Maybe shouting homophobic slurs during your armed rampage would do it, or perhaps misgendering the person whose car you are shooting at.

Maine Democrats are Democratic Socialists who reject the concept of US Citizenship as the basis for voting rights.
Here they admit to their obvious election rigging in their desperate fight against voter ID.

I didn’t either. I always thought of him as a greedy Republican buffoon, like I was conditioned to think about all Republicans when I was a teenager. If they were smart and compassionate like I was, they would be reading Noam Chomsky and being a Democrat in the 1990’s, not being an IDIOT like Newt Gingrich.
Being a Democrat in 2025 might be the same basic thing at the root of it all, but boy has Marxism had some big wins lately. Tomorrow is the unveiling of Lewiston’s Muhammed Ali statue, who knocked Sonny Liston out here in 1965 and then never came back to town.
Lewiston actually produced a world champion boxer named Joey Gamache. I don’t think he deserves a statue in Lewiston either, since he did some bad stuff in Lewiston, but it sure would make more sense if we’re thinking about making a statue for boxing in Maine. It wasn’t really about that at all, it was about putting a statue of a Muslim in Maine.
Those stupid Hopeful signs in the background are also woke symbolism, as all of the woke cities buy them from their local woke artist buddy, who also sent a miniature one as a gift to the people of Ukraine. If you see one in Maine or other parts of the northeast, chances are that Democratic Socialists have set up shop in the government, hoovering up the area’s wealth and spreading it around to their buddies and voter base.
I’m beginning to suspect some rather massive amounts of corruption, bribery, money laundering and all of the other things you tend to get when corrupt Socialists take over and turn where you live into a corrupt narco state. We even use taxpayer money to subsidize drug kingpins, paying for literally all of the needs of their customers, freeing up every cent they can scrounge to become revenue for the drug dealers, along with keeping their customers alive with tax money.
I’d be hopeful too if I could get governments across seven states to buy my ugly sign, or my abstract rock sculpture for the park, or my statue.

No, he just knocked a dude out here 60 years ago when the original venue fell through, then left to never return to Lewiston.
