I watch a lot of movies… as a matter of fact I’m so good with movie trivia I can walk into a room for a number of seconds where someone has been watching a movie and go “oh you’re watching Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022)“
And that person will respond
“Oh yea, it’s pretty good! What did you think?”

By seeing the actors in the film I recognize what movie it is. There was a guy on here…. Dt79 who I used to talk about random obscure exploitation films with as I knew what they were when no one else did
If you put 5 minutes of a movie on for me even if I haven’t seen it there is a very decent chance I can tell you what movie I’m watching. This was useful before AI came about

That is, unsurprisingly, a misleading headline. It affects only Department of Agriculture funding that is ostensibly used for food.

It doesn’t resolve the greater situation, and the bulk of our federal funding is still being withheld through the Department of Education and other mechanisms.
It is school budget season right now and every member of Lewiston’s delegation is sponsoring a bill to remove the citizens vote on local school budgets. This seems like an obvious reaction to last year’s stunt they embarrassingly pulled to get the budget passed. After voting it down twice, the Superintendent and City Council president had to shuttle first time voters who required translators to participate.
Meanwhile, here are some graphs displaying the results of education in Lewiston. It’s a giant scam nowadays. They claim a lack of funding is why the ideologues have ruined our institutions.

Regarding the ongoing point of dispute, a boy just won the girls 1600 m run a full 20 seconds ahead of the fastest girl.
Similarly, it is my human right in Maine to get naked in front of women and girls in any commercial gym locker room. I could do this by changing nothing about myself except declaring that I am nonbinary.

Apparently the mother of the boy pictured above demolishing girls in a foot race is a professor of philosophy at Bates College with a primary focus on feminist philosophy, and the ethics of race & gender. His dad is the Director of Clinical Ethics at Maine Medical Center. He is also an asst. professor at Tufts.
What are the odds of those two confusing their son like this?

Unfortunately, they are winners at rigging the system to stay in power, at least in Maine. Today a bill is being introduced to lower the voting age to 16.
They also win bigly when they can enrich themselves by extracting wealth, as long as they remember to say equity a lot.

I haven’t been able to find any stories on the weeds of this agreement, but it doesn’t sound like the Trump Administration is about to endorse that guy as the fastest girl in Maine or let up legal and funding pressure however it can.

The amount of social pressure to conform with all of these new and stupid ideas is immense, and it’s backed up by name calling. Racist has been around forever, transphobe has been here a while now too, and we’ve now moved on to Nazi. Nazis, Nazis, everywhere, say the people running the state for the last six years.
It’s a total racket, backed up by lies and bullying.
It’s funny you mention them, as they’ve been around town a lot more since these clowns have been in charge. We’ve had one of their affiliate MC’s around for a long time and I’m acquainted with a few members from bouncing. There’s always been some OMC presence in Maine, but there seems to be more now. Hell’s Angels colors are kind of like the gunshots in Lewiston. You notice them when they were rarely around before and all of a sudden they are fairly common.
I suppose it is unsurprising that they see $$$ with these clowns in charge. I have no idea what they’re up to besides having beers and selling support gear to wannabees, but they seem to like Lewiston more now than they used to.
