Trump 2025 - Resuming The National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity (Part 1)

Here’s Maine making the news again for the very topic we’ve been discussing.

Is crime REALLY down, or has it just been redefined as not crime, or even measured at all? I’d ask the same question about nearly any Democrat jurisdiction in America that isn’t a wealthy enclave like Martha’s Vineyard, which we learned DOES NOT WELCOME MIGRANTS. I suspect that once you begin asking questions, you’ll see the a very similar playbook to what I observe here in Maine.

Severely worsening conditions that are the result of horribly destructive behavior no longer being considered criminal might allow politicians to say “crime is down”, but the dramatically degraded quality-of-life the people experience certainly paints a different picture.

This cop is from Brewer, a town about 90 minutes up I-95 from me. Everything he describes is consistent with what I observe, particularly the legislative “death by a thousand cuts”. Since 2018 in particular, we’ve had one woke policy enactment after another, all rowing in the same direction of Democratic Socialist policy. Sentencing reform, bail reform, reclassifying all kinds of stuff as lesser offenses, ending enforcement of selective laws, low funding levels, and even local ordinances are used to push Maine in the ideological direction outlined on the Democratic Socialists of America’s website, which is the only place where the goals seem to be clearly explained.

I only need to walk for about 10 minutes until I’m in the bad part of Lewiston, with conditions that are in some ways worse than I remember Gary, Indiana being in the late '90’s when it had the highest per capita murder rate in the USA. Gary didn’t have needles EVERYWHERE and the schools were probably quite a bit better than LPS.

Lewiston’s gunmen are thought to be mostly children, which is partly why our shootings are so high but our homicides stay low. They’re bad shots, and often indiscriminate. An actual arrest was made this week in a shooting that put a few holes in someone’s home but injured nobody. The arrest of a 15 year old child was the only identifying information the public has been given.

Because they’re divorced, bad relationship with wife, lonely and or hate their job.

Probably one of those lol.

If something is really, really important to me, and you don’t think it’s important at all, it’s easy for me to think you’re oblivious and dumb.

I think that explains most people getting worked up about politics, at least on random internet sites. Strong feelings.

Locally, we have a growing number of people who are getting really sick of the dysfunction, especially gunshots, needles, and seriously unwell people roaming the streets. We’re the ones writing and calling politicians, making public comments and becoming more organized. Parents of school age kids are becoming increasingly vocal as more information about our public schools becomes known.

The flip side of that are the people who sincerely believe they are fighting the Nazis. Of course people who believe in that idea will be deeply upset if you disagree with them. Some of my family in other states falls into this camp.

Politics can become deeply personal for some people, like the family members of mass shooting victims who continue to raise hell about all of the funds that were distributed to unrelated prisoner and immigrant nonprofits. All “perfectly legal” according to our woke attorney general.

Here’s a friend of mine’s strong feelings from this morning:

There are no words to describe how filthy, immoral and unethical these grifters were and are. Blame belongs in more than one place:

  • The Maine Community Foundation leadership under Adilah Muhammad, who owns a nonprofit company explicitly and primarily dedicated to blacks. Awarding mass shooting donation funds to nonprofits that had nothing to do with mass shootings under cover of an “equity” mission is next-level unethical. No one with the slightest sense of morality, truth and justice could have confortably overseen the funneling of donation funds where they didn’t belong.

A number of family members of victims and community members have tried repeatedly to contact the Maine Community Foundation and have been ignored. This says it all.

  • Rebecca Swanson Conrad , head of the steering committee that doled out donation funds to nonprofits that had no connection to the shooting or shooting victims whatsoever. To make matters worse, and large number of steering committee members steered donation funds directly into their OWN NONPROFITS (and in one case, and family member’s nonprofit).

Let it not be forgotten that this feeding frenzy by donation grifters included a double-dip prisoner’s advocacy group and an ex-con theater group run by the same people, a nonprofit run by a guy who armed a militia and purchased weapons of war while he was running for president of Jubaland in Somalia, and a number of “youth” organizations that had and have no connection whatsoever to those impacted by the shootings.

*Lewiston City Council President Chittim deserves a measure of shame for unilaterally declaring the discussion about the misappropriation of donation funds “finished”. He did so on behalf of crony Beckie Conrad, who was sitting in City Hall Chambers listening to buddy Chittim not only “clear” the Maine Community Foundation, but also make the claim that those who questioned the unethical dispersement of donation funds were in the wrong.

(Another piece of the puzzle was added last week when it was revealed that Beckie Conrad is professionally involved with promoting immigrant nonprofits. It seems that it was in her best interest to oversee the funneling of donation funds her way.)

*Each and every person in a position of power who has chosen to stay silent in the face of this revictimization of the family members of those who were slain has contributed to their ongoing trauma. The exception among them all is Representative Ryn M Soule.

Another POV is that the school situation is a local matter, and electing somebody who already tried to overthrow the government to the presidency of the entire Nation is an incredibly stupid and dangerous solution to this local problem.

Not to argue Dems vs Reps, but did you see where Gov DeSantis gave $5 million ear marked for health care in Florida to his wife’s charity?

On the surface it sure seems fishy, but the AP article I read also stated it was Florida House Republicans who raised the concerns.

Like I said above, I think D’s and R’s will both stick around as party names, but the real divide that’s shaping up is MAGA vs The Swamp. The more we learn about corruption at all levels by all parties, the less it will be tolerated.

It is my firm belief that Democrats are corrupt to the core at the moment, right down to the ideological roots. Everything I observe smacks of an actual cult in the way it operates, including wealth extraction and weird sex stuff with kids.

Republicans are corrupt financially, but those guys face the same problem of freedom of speech joining forces with technology to expose it. DeSantis might be swampier than I realized. I no longer have a positive opinion of Dan Crenshaw, either. It seems like he’s there to get rich first, pursue good policy second, and is succeeding at the former more than the latter.

I would not be surprised if there ends up being a RICO case brought against top politicians. The way Democrats operate in Maine is very mob like to me, including the commoditization of troubled and needy people. Aided and abetted by many Republicans and independents.

The greed of need pays a lot of nonprofit salaries in Maine.

Throw the bums out! End corruption and be stewards of the public welfare. New Progressivism! Like some Teddy Roosevelt stuff. If it works, Pres Trump may end up on Mt Rushmore.

Who profits?

Always ask yourself this

This is America, who cares? Just make sure its you.

My hope is that we learn how corruption happens today, which DOGE seems to be doing, and stop listening to known liars for our information.

The biggest obstacle in Maine is the cash needed to FOAA the government. Getting a decades’ worth of procurement records cost The Maine Wire 10s of thousands and took over a year. That’s how we learned the Mills administration is straight up paying the legacy media newspapers millions. No such payments were done previously.

Even when a FOAA request is responded to, the government has a lot of leeway to redact. Our school committee chairwoman seemingly admitted to homestead tax exemption fraud on social media. The letter proving her eligibility was completely redacted. It’s a state secret.

So much of the important information is obscured by design. Not even GROK 3 knows how many ESL students are at Lewiston Public Schools or how many illegal migrants are in Maine. You need to be paying attention to school board meetings to learn that.

The grift functions in a fairly basic way. Securing and entrenching power is the priority. This is being achieved by giving away public money to your voting bloc, especially imported noncitizens. Nothing fancy there.

The policies also seem to result in conservatives leaving the district. Every successful professional who leaves Maine is a win, as is every migrant dependent.

Meanwhile, call your opponents Nazis and make people afraid of the social consequences of opposing the regime. Mobilize your radical base to take this to the next level.

Start as many nonprofits as possible and funnel as much public money into them as possible. Ensure there is minimal oversight. This is probably the biggest way to get easy public money in Maine, as long as you remember to say equity a lot.

I suspect Governor Mills and her families wealth is all a result of corruption and quid pro quo, but I have no way to prove the details. Illegal marijuana grows run by Chinese nationals seem to be thriving under her watch. Her husbands law firm has handled some of these property transfers.

Insider trading is another big one in Washington DC, giving us stock investing geniuses in both parties.

It’s a lot to get your head around, which is why I’m hoping to see RICO used.

That’s why it won’t be me.

The new “reaching across the aisle to reach an agreement”.

Call me petty, or vindictive or even both, but I want to see every arrogant spiteful weaponizing the justice system son of a bitch that uttered those words while knowingly breaking the law to be stuffed with them and presented like a thanksgiving turkey.

So basically, all of them?
