Probably. Trump isn’t a warmongering president, and nobody gives a damn about Africa. That being said, Trump has demonstrated his perspicacity, and those aware of the situation know that Russia and China are expanding their influence in Africa while the West is losing theirs.
I like this. An observation of mine about the workplace- the catty assholes that are always getting up in shit where they don’t belong, the gossip, the shit talking, etc. are the ones who are bored stupid and left to their own devices for too long.

China has been cultivating the African connection for rare minerals for decades now.
Seems like the US has caught up to the strategic importance of minerals. Congo president probably just offering up the best he has to offer; the days of US intervening for free (harsh, but the new reality) seem to be over for at least the next 4 years.
(especially in Africa, the Somalia debacle clinched that)

Definitely is. I actually searched a bit about this, and it seems that US and China have been competing over Congo’s recourses for a while now.
IMO, super interesting article. Not because of Colby, but because it explains the workings of the DC bureaucracy, aka “Swamp”. Tldr -DC is a shit sandwich, and the middle layer of bureaucrats is the shit that actually needs draining if lasting change is to be effected, and most importantly maintained.

It is hard for me to describe how pleased I am that Donald J. Trump, 47th President of the United States of America, has the vindictive streak so many people believed to be a serious personal fault.
The national spotlight is turning to Maine and Donald Trump seems to have a grudge against Governor Mills, who I experienced an unpleasant, visceral reaction to when I met her on my doorstep last year. I’ll just say it. I was in the presence of evil.
I’m totally here for this clash. Everything about this state’s government reeks of corruption, blackmail, and fear. From my school board to the statehouse, very little I observe makes sense to me without a lot of bad actors being involved.
Since this is T-Nation, I’ll go ahead and point out how useful being a tank of a dude has been when it comes to local level political activism, along with having financial security. I’m pretty hard to fuck with, and not an easy target. Unlike my neighbors, who are very vulnerable.
The FBI and DHS are now in the loop about what’s happening in Lewiston, and it is a matter of concern for them. I think there may already be a civil rights violation case against our school committee, but that’s just speculation on my part.
This is a whole new FBI and DHS compared to the 2020 when the BLM riots and related #resistance efforts were underway.

Then he would have said that, but he didn’t, and the video isn’t suggesting it either. The point is about media bias toward who the victims are, and in this case, not only that they were Christian but also Black, and no one cares about Black on Black violence.
Mainstream media rarely covers these types of events unless it aligns with larger agendas. Other than what is going on in Ukraine and Gaza (with both Muslims and Jews), what other groups around the world have really been reported on? No benefit, no coverage.
