I love Maine and the people. It is no coincidence I decided to stick around after landing here in my 20’s. It was never unwelcoming to anyone who wanted to move here to work and have a better life, no matter what they looked like.
Maine was an awesome place to raise families and grow up in, until the people fell asleep and let the zecarlos of Maine gain control of the government.

One of the biggest issues I can observe with socialists is their insistence on living in the abstract. That can work in academia, where your ideas may never have to be tested against reality. It is no coincidence that many who enter education share your worldview. It is one of the only places where it can hold up over time.
It is also no coincidence that most people who have to put their ideas up against reality, and not a captive audience of young people, went for Trump.

I have no beef with any of the OMC’s I’ve interacted with, and all of the interactions have been positive and respectful with all patched members. I have put hands on guys who eventually got patched, but also stopped the behavior that led to that after joining the club. The guys our age and older in the clubs seem to thoroughly explain why acting like an asshole for pointless reasons is bad. They explain it in a way that resonates with those young men who want to wear those colors in a way that someone writing words across a keyboard can never understand.
To a socialist, that means I’m a meth-manufacturing gun runner, or something like that.
It would probably be good for most of the clubs to get more of their guys on the mats, and it would probably be better for the public in the long run, too.
To a normal person, it means you are a hypocrite.
