What apps/websites are you using to track TRT injections?
You can just set a reoccurring reminder on your phone. Most injection protocols are gonna 1x per week, 2x per week, EOD or ED. This should not be that difficult to remember.

That’s what I do. Why would anyone need an app for this?
I don’t need an app to remind me to shower or eat breakfast or go to work.

I reminder would be great, but you’re right, a phone will do that.
I was thinking more along the lines of tracking dosage history, different medications, pin locations, side effects, etc. Essentially gathering a history of data that would help make decisions going forward.
Is anyone using something like this?
