Trt starting bloodwork

New to the forum and trt etc., have done a ton of reading lurking in shadows, Brain fog, irratible, trouble putting on muscle, slew of health problems last couple years, 33y old 195lbs at about 25%bf(bio scale), recently lost about 50lbs, gym 5 days a week, pretty strict dieting, good sleep everynight as long as i workout, starting at 100mg e per week over 2 inj, any flags in my bloodwork?
Thanks in advance for the help

None that I would be concerned about leading to the real question… why are you starting TRT? Your hormones are more than adequate.

Thanks, just symptoms i guess, dense brain fog last few years only, very irritable, trouble sleeping if i dont drain myself physically, chronic tennis elbow bilateral for almost 3 years forearm muscles just arent responding, just feel like I hit a brick wall, thought i would try and see if this could help, realise the potential long term consequences and i am okay with those realitites

Assuming this is pre TRT?
I don’t see any estrogen numbers? This from a GP or endo?
How tall are you? If your 25%bf that could certainly make you feel like shit.

Yes bloodwork is before commencement, Estradiol is second last item

There are not really any long term consequences to responsible TRT. It’s just the hassle of getting dialed in, the expense, pinning for life etc when it’s likely not necessary.

Yes agreed need to lose more weight, dieting hard, food scale etc, really good exercise routine, great progress in past year as far as bf

Sorry didn’t see it down there.
I would get your BF in a better place prior to starting TRT. From what I can see from your bloods you don’t need it and it may make your feel better right off the bat in the honeymoon phase but long term I don’t believe it’s the solution.

This is not good for your hormones. What exactly does this mean?

Yes no for sure, able to put through insurance so cost is almost non existent for me, its all worth it to me if i can get some improvements, im okay with the pinning for life

Sorry slight caloric defecit, maybe a 1lb or 2 a week now, was a little steeper at the start

Sure sorry so you think eventually the benefits may not be there, was hoping i could overcome the elbows, facing double elbow surgery and id rather not have to go through that, worse case if the benefits arent there i could stop and hope my levels recover?

Going off that bloodwork that’s exactly what I think. TRT is in no way going to help you not have elbow surgery.

The longer you are on and the older you get the horder it will be to recover to where you are now. What your doing is assuring you will need TRT when you get older.

How is your insurance covering this based on these bloods? Are you in the US? My levels where 1 point above the bottom of the range and since I was in range they would not even prescribe.

Canada, wow brutal, sure, you think the risk of screwing those levels are that severe with a lower dose like this for say a 6-12 month trial?

What i’m saying is your levels are fine. Balls are working. For a lot of guys it takes that long just to get dialed in. If you have high bodyfat your going to be fighting estrogen conversion with AI’s and since you are still dieting those AI needs will change and you will be struggling to manage it.
My suggestion would be to get in a much better place BF wise(under 15%) and the reassess.

Roger will get bf inline, do you always need an ai i thought depending on your body many could get away without 1? Ya but a range is usually all participants no, i thought my free test was pretty pathetic for such a young age

Some need AI and some don’t. What i am saying here is the higher BF you have the more conversion you could have.

Yes definitely, have quite a bit of work left in the bf department
