TRT ratio seems off

Hi Gents,

Been self trt for several years. Tried different amounts but decided to try and get dosage as low as possible whilst feeling good so last 6 months been on 120 pw (2x60) and cut to 82kg 10% bf. (Was 115kg 25% power lifter previously)

Pay for bloods regularly and always just focused on keeping in ‘healthy range’. Bloods taken morning before pin.

About to add HCG to the mix so wanting to really nail into the results.

When I use an online converter to make E/TT the same, it says my ratio is bonkers (over 1:300)

Results from lab:

Total T 17.6 (nmol/L) Healthy

Free T 0.33 (nmol/L) Healthy

SHBG 36.5 (nmol/L) Healthy

Oestrogen 49 (pmol/L) Healthy

Prolactin 236 (mU/L) Healthy

Am I missing something or calculating wrong?

Appreciate the help!

Why?

What additional results are you thinking HCG will provide?

I’ve never heard of this. Why do they need to be the same? Estrogen will increase/decrease based on multiple factors and will follow test levels as they go up and down.

Also your using different units for T and E.

Adding HCG to try and wake up the balls again and try for kids next year. Long shot i know.

By nail into it, I mean understand my ideal ratio feeling better as adding HCG May increase the estro slightly.

I understand they are different unit measurements. That’s my whole point :joy: not sure why the lab does it like this

When using a converter to make both same unit of measurement, the ratio is 300:1 which seems excessively high hence I assume I’ve made a mistake and thought to ask veterans more experienced than myself

If your taking test your balls will not wake up until you stop the test. You may still be fertile though. Taking HCG will only increase seamen volume while taking it and may also increase estrogen. If you are actively trying to have kids then what I would do is try just like you are. If nothing is happening then get off the test, do a solid PCT and then start a fertility program of HCG/HMG.

The only ideal ratio is what makes you feel best. There is 0 set values for this. There is nothing wrong with elevated estrogen as long as it’s not out of control and you don;t have symptoms.

Again, no set ratio.
