IM, sryinge 21-23 and injecting in thigh
You are either an extremely fast metabolizer or you are injecting a placebo.
TRT is prescribed by a doc so the T is from a pharmacy? No blackmarket stuff?
It is prescribed and from a pharmacy yes.
Also what I cant understand is why my biceps feels completely solid and stronger but it is the only effect that I had and my free T has gone down a little after some months on TRT.
What should I do if I am an hyper-methabolizer?
Remember my SBHG is around 15
Your levels are low, FT is closer to the bottom of the ranges, ranges are 10.8-26.5 pg/mL for men in their 20ās and 6.8-21.5 pg/mL for men in their late 40ās.
You canāt inject your doses every 2 weeks and expect to respond to TRT because your hormones levels would be fluctuating wildly and most men end up being non-responder to TRT because of these every two week protocols. Your SHBG is low and daily, EOD, twice weekly injections may be needed if you are sensitive to hormones fluctuations.
Can you describe exactly how you draw the T into the syringe, how much you draw (how do you deal with bubbles etc; take a picture of a ready to inject syringe) and what the concentration of the solution is? Its T enanthate, right?
You posted thyroid values, but not including the ref ranges. Can you post them again?
Yes and the thing is my free T hasnt go up
Not sure how to describe it, I draw it to the sryinge tap it a little bit for the bubbles to go up then push a little, inject and push
Why could it be that my arm muscles feel strong and tight but not effects on all the others symptoms?
How much do you inject in volume and whats the T conc?
T and freeT are definitly higher on average compared to before treatment (highest 1 day after injection then declining) thats why your muscles feel stronger.
Maybe T isnt the source of your problems.

1ml - 200mg/ml conc

How so? If it went from 400 aprox to 450 and my free t went from 10.8 to 10.2 after more than a month on 200mg/week?
Other thing, my estrogen level is 49, I dont know what it was before trt
You measured trough levels right (at the end of the week)?
ā average levels are higher
Your injection frequency may not be optimal, I didnāt start seeing all benefits until I started injecting EOD.
TT is more accurate and FT tends to be less accurate.
Your injection frequency if too infrequent and your hormones are fluctuating too much between injections. Men with natural healthy testosterone will not see more than a 200 ng/dL fluctuation in either direction, Iāll bet your levels are peaking much higher than your trough levels.
So after two months 200mg each 2 weeks and five weeks of 200mg/week injections my TT is 445ng/dl and my free testosterone 10,2pg/ml
My levels before trt were 404ng/dl and 10,8pg/ml.
Most of my symptoms havent changed (mental, ed, fatigue) and the only thing I feel is bigger and stronger biceps.
Why could it be that is not working?
SHBG: 15
No thyroid problema
Try more frequent dosing and I ncrease dose if you have to to get your levels up.
I assume youāre testing at trough? If so, your levels are higher the the rest of the time
Something I noticed is my free T is on average a 2% of the total T. I think this is low, why could it be?
Doesnāt really matter IMO. Get total T up, free T will come up, the amount matters more than the %
Just to point out the obvious, your modified T levels arenāt sitting much higher than your natural levels so iād assume 200mg/ week is not enough for your body. Iād vote going up to 280-300 mg/week and then do labs as well as note if you actually feel better in that range. Iāve seen a few people that donāt really respond too vigorously to 200mg/week or less but it depends on the individual.
Thatās in part a factor of SHBG. Itās thought that a free testosterone percentage between two and three is ideal. Regardless, your levels need to be higher. You must metabolize test very quickly. You need a higher dose if you stay at once a week injections. If not possible, youāll need to increase injection frequency. Do you feel any better for the early part of the week post injection? If so, go to twice a week. If not, go to three, or more. Iāll let the daily proponents comment further, as they have personal experience with it.
